  1. i use to play alot, only tornement/speed ball though, non of this scenario stuff :P but then for some reason i went and got a job which ment i had to work sundays, which is when i played D: so now i have about £600+ of equipment littering my house... i cant wait to play again :D nothing like the adrenalin rush when your on the start gate, the ref has just shouted for 10 seconds and u know that in a few seconds all hell is going to brake lose XD
  2. sounds similar to what a lad at my training had, he got it because he runs flat footed, and the arch support in the shoes couldn't support him properly. ask someone to watch you running in a normal game or training, to make sure your not also running flat footed, if your not then take a week out, or only train lightly. if you think your boots are to blame, then buy some new ones? if it keeps bothering you you might need to get a custom shoe insert, which you can get from your doctor. in the mean time you could use "deep freeze" spray to help with the pain, as well as painkillers
  3. i have also just completed a deep wilderness orb scan, my dig location was literally at the entrance at the agility course, which you also do not have listed on the site. hope this helps!
