The Back Room
Go further up north and you'd get a beautiful, crisp view of the Aurora Borealis. On one of the many moves from place to place, I saw the Aurora Borealis as we were passing through Canada. Unfortunately my dad said something about exploding, so I ended up ducking underneath my blanket, thinking the Aurora Borealis was going to explode. (I was only about 4 or 5 at the time) My grandparents have a picture of it still, serving a reminder to me to go back "home" Always will be one of the best sights ever seen. I recommend seeing it sometime if you haven't seen it/want to see it.

I'm no good with the hegemony stuff. I get all confused. I guess I might be able to understand it better if I took time to check out the hegemony stuff.... If anyone can give me a simple rundown of how hegemony works I'd be greatful for that.

The Millions War
Alg: 1) it's basically a survival game, but players also have a chance of causing a rebellion. It'll occur via IRC (which I somehow can't access from a computer but I can access it from my ipod) 2) players DO NOT have to have seen/read the Hunger Games. If they wish to read the books or want a basic synopsis of the series, I'll give a basic synopsis. Another book I've referenced is Unwind, which is the first book to a series by Neal Shusterman, which I'll be rereading anyway, so if anyone wants a basic synopsis for that I can have that done as well.

The Millions War
You thought the Hunger Games was bad? You thought wrong. It's been a century since the end of the Hunger Games. It's been fifty years since the time of the Unwinding. In the Hunger Games, 24 "tributes" were sent off to an arena to fight to the death, until one tribute remained, the lone victor. Thanks to Katniss and Peeta, the Hunger Games came to an end and peace ensued for awhile. Then came World War 3. Lasting 10 years, the war consumed many casualties from ever country. Peace formed after what's left of the United Nations came to another agreement: Children who nobody wants, nobody cared for, the children who nobody wanted to deal with, they were unwound. Being unwound, they were not really dead, but living in a "divided state," living as a part of another person. Well, that came to an end too. But once again, the world came to the edge of war. Topple over, and World War 4 would begin. But someone came up with an idea. One that wouldn't cause the world to end in utter chaos. The Millions War. 50 participants from each country in the world would participate in a battle to the death, until two people remain. These two living participants would shake hands, calling a truce and ending the so called War. Eventually, this War became a game to the world, and began occuring ever 4 years. This year is the 10th Millions War, and your name got picked. You're one of the fifty from your country to come participate in this game. During your time with all the other participants during training and dinner, you notice a few people who had a symbol on them, a mocking jay in the form of a tattoo or some form of jewelry. 'What does this symbol mean?' You wonder. Well, we'll just have to wait and see now don't we? -------------------- Welcome welcome! I'm glad to have come up with another game. Really, I'm being serious about being glad with having a new game. So the goal of this game is to fight eachother or rebel. It's your choice. Make alliances. Stay alive. [hide= Character Sheet]Character name: Country: (Um, please pick real countries) Age: (has to be from 12-20 years old) Gender: Weapon of choice: (NO GUNS. Swords, knives, bows, staves, javlins, ect.) Bio: (Optional.)[/hide] What days are available for everyone? I'm aiming towards Fridays, since I'm mostly available those days, unless I make plans for something else. Saturdays I work, and I might go back to working on Sundays. We'll see. Quick Disclaimer: It's called the Millions War, but not even a million people participate in the games. Mathamatical error on the creator's behalf. But it's a good name. [hide=Characters][hide=Neferast]Character name: Rolf Heartford Country: Scotland Age: 12 Gender: Male Weapon of choice: Flail[/hide][/hide]

Ignore him. Mather is just doing this to piss me off for fun.

The Back Room
Mather has nothing to do with my change of behavior. Just to point that out. Out of curiosity: Does anyone listen to Symphony of Science? Ive been listening it for a couple of hours nonstop now and feel incredibly enlightened. I recomend listening to it.

The Back Room
Honestly has no one noticed my improvement of behavior? And for goddesses sake, stop pairing me and Mather. It's so goddamn annoying.

I've earned top grades in my art and computer classes, and I'm pretty profficiant in any academic subject (ignore my grades for English, since I have a tendency to flunk it even though I understand the material). I'm still top notch in mathematics. I'm currently in my final year of school I am required to take to graduate Oh, and the Repeat Photoshop classes have been turned into a directed study, where I'll be focusing on assembling my portfolio for art schools and advancing my current skills in the graphic design catagory. Fortunately, my father can also help me since he is a graphic artist and knows what he is doing.

-sigh- It's really hard to find any school that will fit my educational preferences..... Really, I can't seem to find a school that has Graphic Design, Animation and Special Effects, and Game Design and Interactive Media. I really want to get into videogame graphics and animation....

People behave differently, it's really just a matter of figuring out which behaviors are compatable with your own and likes vs. dislikes

My opinion: Common people behavior >boring Uncommon people behavior >eh Rare people behavior > meh Unique people behavior > that's me!

Okay so transitioning from this: To this: Or this: Is hard. Not to mention there is a cut portion of the first video that doesn't show up in the other two videos (Windows and Gameboy) Btw, which is the better version? Windows or the Gameboy? I'm gonna use one of these for a few things I'm doing this year.

Nere, Senior Freshman buddy night is simply groups of first year (Aka freshman) students being led around the school in a 15 minute tour. The fourth year (senior) students lead each group of first years up and down halls as well as visit some of the rooms throughout the school. In essence, it's really just the longer version of a school tour for the incoming first years held earlier in the previous school. The smaller tour is manditory since (in my town) we have a few other schools we can choose to go to. [hide=For those not really familiar with the American schools nowadays: ] Pre-school is for toddlers, it's really just playtime all day in a room full of kids you don't know. Kindergarten is for 4-5/almost 6 year olds, also mostly playtime, but basic skills are taught (ex: alphabet, numbers ect) Grade school is roughly years 1-5, depending on what town/state your in. Ages 6- 10/11 years old (roughly) Middleschool is years 6-8 (again roughly due to where one lives). Ages 10/11-13 Highschool is years 9-12, ages 13/14-18. I never went to preschool, and I'm among the younger students of the class of 2013, thus why my information is rough and not absolute. [/hide] Due to the fact my sister will be joining me at my school this year, I ask pardon ahead of time in case if I sound really rude/angry/emotional in a bad way.

Student council is biased!!!!!!!!!! I hate student council, I'll never be one of those stuck up, non-listening, SOABs!!!!!!! :( they're the reason I'm not allowed to do Senior/Freshman buddy night... (it's a tour 1st year students take led by the 4th year students, and is considered a tradition at my school)

==> GA: have your eye twitch uncontrollably before scrolling away from the photo of your friend. The Equius attempt was better...just saying Mather... And for the sake of the Internet, please stop assuming I see everything you post. Speaking of cosplaying, I can't find any character from anything and everything anime/comic/manga/game I could get away with cosplaying as. Not good considering the fact that I want to compete in my school's talent show and appear at an anime convention... And the fact my sister and I are planning on making a video soon... And Halloween (my favorite holiday besides Christmas) [hide=reminder to self]will edit this post to change the color of some of the text. iPod fail. Also will delete this [/hide]

I had a good day on Friday. I got to meet the beluga whale named Naku (one of the 2 female belugas at the aquarium, there were 4 belugas total), talk to someone on the Nautilis (which is a ship that is currently in the Mediterranean/Black Sea area on the last leg of its trip) live, feed/get attacked by birds of the outback (once I ran out of birdseed, a bird attacked my thumb), recorded a sea lion show, as well as touched rays and shoved my hands into a shark tank (dog sharks is what my dad called them). The only things I didn't do was the Spongebob 4D tour thing and the penguin interaction thing. Over all, awesome.

+10 to impact resistance. Is it me, or do younger siblings never hit hard enough to do damage? Just saying... Any way, I'm thinking about the possibility of a new game... ^-^ I have a basic idea on what I want to do with it (only cuz I got forced into watching To Aru Majutsu no Index and I actually like the show) but have other ideas as well.
