  2. woudl be handy yea, i usually take a bow and some runes arrows with me prot form magic prayer on and sit back as teh mage gets kicked around. im 103 cb thoughso taking some armor (addy or something) woudl be handy
  3. going on vacation for a few days, ill promise dak's journals will return
  4. Last seed - day 1. Time: 3:03 PM Location: Seer's village bank. Well, KIlling black demons seemed relaxing and worthwhile, two of them dropped a rune chain (no doubt their previous owners ended less lucky then i did), and some of them dropped some gems aswel, not a bad haul from them. and yayness =D my advisor (ghrim, the miscelania king's advisor ) gave me some goodies ^^ (26 coal ore). So it seems my subjects are liking me more, at least i hope so, then i might get some good herbs aswel, i can use those, since im experimenting with different kinds of tobacco. but..i have to go again, my wife wants me to get some nature runes and my cat is out to hunt some kalphite larva, so...mayhap illalk to you later.
  5. Last seed - day 1. Time: 8:52 AM Location: Miacellania castle. Hmm...it seems my Kingdom of Miscellania is faring well. Acording to my royal advisor i have the full support of my folk, everything goes well exept for the collecting...it seems the people think i am incompetend in my thinking ways. which angers me; i only received one herb on the last collection, so i put them to work in the coal mines, that should teach them a lesson. Dont get me wrong, im not a tyrant, but they mustn't neither think im an easy lord. I hope they'll understand what motives i have if not...more coal for me *evil s[racist term]*. Hmm... I wonder if i can get em so far to make me tobacco for my pipe, that would be great. Talking about smoiking objects... Those exploding mine gasses really start to work on my nerves, even a simple game of "Castle Wars" wont help me relax anymore. I have to go, My cat wants food, and i need to find something to relax on..killing black demons or something... Good bye, and talk to you later. Dakmor
  6. Heartfire - day 13 time: 9: 00 PM Location: a mine between rimmington and fallador. So..tired. Spent the whole day chasinig after mice and rats for my cat to chew upon..and as tasks for some strange persons...even had to clean a whole town of rats using but a flute. Ah well here i am now, my back against the rocks, sitting in an old mottely sleeping bag; getting ready to retire for teh night, my fire's burning low and my cat has jumped beside me purring against my side.. A small addititon to this journal but its enough, now a nice pipe before bed and then sleeping. talk to you later
  7. its not bad, your very good at describing action and how you feel, though what woudl be wise is to add more to each subject that oyu talk about, becouse you "jump" from one thing to another, try to make it a flowing story, so that the things oyu ahve written sofar flow over into each other, its quite good, i like it
  8. Heartfire - day 11. Time: 3:22 PM Location: Keldagrim - city of the dwarves. I...HATE...Mining, and yet it has to happen, pure boredom led me to start doing this again, these dwarves are gullible fools though, it seems that the Ring of CHaros that the wise old man in draynor village unlocked for me is very effective on these dwarves, espechially that dwarf that banks my gold, normally id lose 7-8 pieces of gold, now i only lose 3. They are very kind though; Always ready to share some tabacco for my pipe, it seems they have a spechial brand made from crushed barley malt and snake grass mingled with some spices; very nice tabacco indeed, not to mention the ales... This pub in the dwarven city is great, as ever to see they are suprised a human chooses to reside between the: "normal folks" which is what they are called by the nobility in Gillienor. Ah, good times, but a man has to move on, Unfortunately, but they said i can always return, and thats good to know, yet again thanks to the Ring of Charos itravel to the dwarven mines in Asnargia near Fallador, only for the half price *evil s[racist term]*. time to do some herblore again, I havent got any potinos left, and i also need to buy 3000 silver ores to get my crafting experience high enough so the master-craftsman will tell me the secret of how to craft blue dragonhide vambraces. well my cat just jumped onto my lap indicating that i should put that cockatrice feather down and pet her...fine. well good evening and ill see you later.
  9. Heartfire - day 8 Time: 6:50 PM. Current location: Ardoughe's northern bank. I've yet helped another (living) soul, and a few dead ones.... I stumbled onto this outpost while searchign for a hidden treasure from a clue; its only inhabitant was apparently someone who tried to save it form the demolition squad of King Lathas, who had ordered it to be rebuilt to an laboratory. I decided tyo help him, and had to meet: A crazed viking warrior, a ghost who had trouble with his undead wife, aaand some dude who's silver i steal once in a while. When I finished this quest however, it seemed that one of the items, a small key that responds to hot and cold if you get closer or farther away form the treasure; led me to some treasure loose form the qeust itself. I did this several times, and to my surprise i found a new god weapon! I kept searching and finally found what i was looking for, a spear-like item, (called a Mjolnir), of Guthix. after this i used the key one more time and it disolved, the items, may not be strong, but they certainly look beautiful, so good even that i can wear the other god's Mjolnir's without having any doubts. I decided to return to teh outpost, which is now a museum, and serached one of the bookcases; my eye fell on a book called: 'The Mysterious Stranger', i poedned it and saw tto my surprise, that it was about me!, all the feats i have done sofar are stated in it, you can of course udnerstand, that this was a surprise for me. Surprise or no surprice, life must go on. Running low on Fire and Earth runes, think i'll slay some fire giants, then teleport to the Trollheim mountain and walk to the troll camp on Deathplateau. I'll be back later..... ....Back! it was a Great succes!, not only where there enough runes, i managed to obtain a Dragonstone, A Rune scimitar, And 2 Adamantite Warhammers. It seems my luck is seeping back, ill have to go now, think ill chop some magic logs, fletch a few bows, and then rest.. Talk to you later. (thanks for the comment: Dragoncmd :P )
  10. Heartfire - day 5. time: 7.33 pm current location: a small mine just west of fallador. Finally, i found my dads chest! he had it hidden in a small patch of rocks near the mine where i camp. Im enjoying a nice pipe of crushed up rogue's purse combined with crushed snape grass and am polishing up the armor i found. My father's armor: engraved with the emblem, and the color of the god guthix, a yoyous day, for al my possesions where stolen earlier on that same day, stupid thieves..now i have hardly any money. I'ts purely becouse i decided to travel without any weapons, then again, it would not have been of any use anyway, since i was knocked out from behind; but, today was all in all a fruitfull day, i gained a sum of money lots smaller then that what i lost but still..at these times anyhting is better then nothing. I can see my cat at the moment, trying to catch the smoke rings i puff out, and patting at the recently found dark green boots, im not sure what they are, but it is said they enhance one's skill with bow and arrow, apparently it's not just me as i look at my cat i can see a pair of shadowy forms on the rim of the mining shaft...ill be back later... ...and back i am again, it appears that the pair of shadows at the rim where just a few lost travelers; they where seeking for a chest made out of crystal, and showed me each a half of a key, which they said would give them acces to some rare items. I told them to go to the nearby village of taverly, to ask one of the druid's that live there, they thanked me, and left again. Hmm, my tobacco pouch is almost empty again, i really should smoke less. Ah well, i need to get some snape grass anyway, the robbery of earlier costed me my most potions; as i fell they broke and teh liquids seeped away, the ones intact where stolen aswel. Speaking of which, i heard a rumor while passing a few white knights, the most notorious thief of all, Rick Turpentine, is said to better his life and gives away his valuables to the poor and unsuspecting. Also, what is it with that tower nearby this mining site? it radiates a dark aura, and yet i saw a saradominian walk out of it jsut a few hours ago, there must be some kind of teleporting device in them; i heard some travelers talk about a wizards guild where they have different screens for teleporting to the towers spread over the land. I shall see it for myself one day, but for now; the sun has bowed down for the night, stars stand at the sky, my fire is still crackling happily, and my cat decided to steal my coat for its sleeping place...ah well, ill rest with a platebody as pillow then. Goodnight, and ill see you in a few days, till then, goodbye.
  11. The years passed and I hardened, getting stronger by the day, doing tasks for more mighty warriors, smithing items, mining coal (I picked up my smoking habit here) , and fletching arrows, for those who hired me, I worked. I became skilled with sword and bow (which means I hardly knew how to use tehm but I could), my favourite weapon was the dagger, mainly because I like to wear no armor and use my agility to my advantage when I kill others. I did simple tasks in the beginning, since some jackass teleported me to a swampy village, called lumbridge I started to help the people around there, some things were strange questsÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæhelping a ghost, searching for an egg milk and some flour, shearing sheep etc. you know not real quests, my real first quest in my opinion was the rescue mission I was assigned by the head of the al kharidian guard: rescue their prince, which I eventually did when I dressed him up as a woman. I decided to leave the wilderness alone, I did the tasks people wanted me to do in the nearby city Avarrocka, and then left there forgood, passing the white knight city, into the village of Taverly, travelling once more trough the white wolf mountains, meeting the little man again and thanking him, even did a little task for him, getting some new equipment from someone in the fishermanÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s village Catherby. And travelled from one side of the country to another Now I am me: Dakmor shade, rogue, charlatan, bounty hunter, mercenary, whatever you may want to call me, I roam the land of Gielinor and spread the word about the almighty god Guthix, from here on I shall relate my adventures once in a day or 2-3 so to keep those that will read this after my death, informed of the world out thereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæwho knowsÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæwe might meet one dayÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ
  12. First, let me introduce myself, My name is Dakmor shade. I was born in a small cabin just in the land Now known as ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åthe wilderness during the time before the God war in the Kharidian desert. As soon as i could walk my father teached me how to wield mace and sword, and later on, the battle axe, he took me regularly to a training place in the town called Avarrocka, these days known as Varrock. When I was 5 years of age he took me hunting bears and unicorns for healing purposes and food, learning to use a bow was the hardest i had ever to do, though i managed.. Then learning how to cut wood, felling a simple tree without mutilating myself, and making a fire, thats what I always enjoyed most. When we were at home again, my mother tought me how to make potions, that could cure diseases, and minor magic. Then he had to leave for a war which would later on decide his fate. Till my 7th all was good, we prospered slightly and my father protected us with ease from the Hill giants just behind the river near our house, My mother, me and my dad enjoyed the peace that settled again, we could sometimes visit the Boar inn. Rabbits started to repopulate and everything looked good. We where at the Boar inn on a night and I was having some fun with dsome of the towns kids Then as if a storm everything went in a turmoil of chaos!. We where walking back when out of nothing a Man in red robes popped up, my mother sobbed and my father drew his sword, he told us to go to our home and block everything, he gave my mother some runes and said that she knew what to do, my mother bobbed obediently her head and we ran to our home, as soon as we where inside I was ordered to use anything to block windows and doors, I grabbed a few tiles and planks and started on itÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ The next bit I cannot remember well, for part of my memory is gone though the hardships ive been through. It was clear my father had won but why was he in such a hurry to our house? As I looked again I saw more men in red robes appear, mym father came in and blocked the door, my father bobbed to my mother and she cast a spell on me, purple blocks appeared around me and I was teleported to a graveyard near our house, I knew this place well, it was nice, flowers where everywhere, but that beauty was spent on me as I ran back to where I came formÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæthe last bit I can remember is my mum throwing a huge wave of fire onto the attackers, and my dad using his magical bow to kill themÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ. Now all but ruins remain of my house, ghosts slumber near it, my ancestors, those whose rest was disturbed by the destruction of their resting place, from my 9th I started wandering the land that had now changed everything, all was burnt and dead. The once so blue river was changed into a dangerous flowing river of molten lava, the Guthixian shrine turned into that of Zamorak, This is what you know as the wildernessÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ Wandering the wilderness wasnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t much different for me, I knew this place and the monsters that resided in it, the only thing changed was the outside of the landÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæor was it?, having nowhere to go, one time I started wandering again, I lived in a small place with a fence around it, there were some plate-legs there, but I left them as they where to heavy besides that the spiders would get angry if I slashed their webÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâæI stumbled into another ruin...but this ruin...i didnt like it, it had pentagramÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s all over the ground, it looked a bit like a chapel, but also like an house, my foot banged against somethingÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæa rock, with a droplet of blood painted on it? All of a sudden I heard a growling, and saw two eyes staring at me...not normal ones, these were triangular and shone red...then slowly the whole body appeared, this was a creature I had not yet encountered, I screamed and hid in the chapel- like house, it was obvious the beast was angry, for he started molesting the roof to get at me, the out of nothing a huge ball of water blasted against him, I saw a mage in dark blue robes heading my way when he killed the beast, he grabbed the red spear that the beast had dropped when it died I hadnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t noticed this spear before but I could see where it had been stuck into the beasts body. The years after I emerged form the wilderness, are foggy, I became an Orphan, who roamed the lands looking anywhere to gain a few crumbs, my luckÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâæwellÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâælets call it luck started when I was lost in the White Wolf mountains, almost frozen to death I tried to find some shelter under a bush on a hilltop, then I saw something coming down from the skies. To my surprise a little man stood beside me a few minutes later, unable to speak, I mumbled: In GuthixÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ will stranger, have mercy onto me, can thou please help me? Seeing I wasnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t in a healthy state he took me with him to a big tree Which I could see form a distance and admired it. I was awed when we were there, so much little people!, and all friendly, willing to help me. I got some clothing and food, then they sent me on their way, according to one of them named Glough humans werenÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t good creatures, and he ordered to have me removed, I wandered on, and came in a town called Ardoughe, i saw my luck fit and swiped some bread form the bakers stalls, running each time as a guard saw me. the story will coninue folks, im just tired for now
  13. it'll pass without carpentry, i cant say more, though i know it wont pop at commoing dec.
