I'm actually friends with Alex and his was the most recent post. It doesn't have anything to do with who a person is at all, just that the rules are being violated. Not to mention it'd be inappropriate to comment on a post several pages ago (I do not read this thread every day) Although two people who only seem to irritate others and constantly only post player killing related posts are what irked me to make a point of it.

There's nothing that says you cannot post pk/stake videos, only pictures. If Jagex takes a stand that any loopholes of their rules are still violations of their terms and conditions, it would seem logical for a forum to do the same.

I would create a 4 part Epic Poem about me and have him follow me on any skilling or killing I perform during the alotted time whilst he sings it. I will then make a Runescape Music Video using clips I record (I'll try to persuade him to record himself singing, if not I'll improvise) And maybe take him on a stroll through the ess mines, Sorceress' Garden, and Misc. other spots.

They changed it so that you have a chance to craft 4 water runes at lower level. This chance increases as you level up, and at 56 (57?) you can craft 4 all the time. But, at 56 (or 57) you will also have a chance to craft 5 water runs. They did that so there would be more of a curve in the level gains for runecrafting. But it doesn't effect level gains in any manner.

Spectral has a nice mage bonus along with prayer and doesn't degrade so it can still merit some uses over the chaotic kite. Don't know exactly how you came up with that conclusion. Someone he knows told him probably. RSOF told him. On the topic of 3rd age kite, anyone know what the rest of the melee set is?

any idea where the 3rd age melee parts stand currently?
