Is this on your hunter? Once you hit 70 you will regret not keeping LW. :) Easily the best moneymaking profession but can be the hardest to work. I have a guildmate who solo-farmed Stratholme and made over 5k gold in around twelve days, just on DE'ing.

We zoned into Gruul's Lair tonight to give it a go - at the very least to test ourselves out as a unit and to learn the fights. For the most part, raid discipline was good. We had a few false-starts and some random disconnections causing unnecessary pulls, but on the whole it was ok. We managed to get the Priest down twice and had begun on the next target but too much was happening, too many key raid members were dropping too fast and it wasn't working out. After 2 and a half hours of trying we decided to pack it up and try again next week. Little screeny here of us on our first zone-in. A few interesting things coming up in 2.2.. Good thing they've fixed the stealth pet-chase bug thing - a guildy of mine was heard to whine about that on a daily basis.

I was combat daggers - all I really changed was dropping riposte, taking up vitality and swapping some assassination for some subtlety (I can't remember what it was but its an increase in backstab, shiv and SS). I'll explain in more detail later on but for now I gtg to work.

Honestly, I have a quarter of my guild trying to work out what my problem is, I just don't understand what is going wrong. It's not really a gear-related thing, I do have a few things I want to ditch but even those are gemmed items which aren't totally useless. Hopefully the new spec should fix the problem - 15/41/5.

Leatherworking is costing me so much money to level its ridiculous... I think I spent about 250G on mats to get from 360-365 (5 Heavy Clefthoof Boots). Is the way to go to 375 rep grind for the Sha'tar and Keepers of Times patterns? It seems the most cost effective, but sort of time consuming. #-o No. All you need is Honored with Honor Hold so you can get this: http://www.wowwiki.com/Pattern:_Felstalker_Bracers It will stay yellow until 375. :) Heard about it but it didn't happen on Dath'Remar. Did another Heroic Mech early today and got the 4 badges I needed for a Nether.. and then got the Nether from Panatheon too. :D So, I finally managed to make the Primalstrike Vest I have wanted ever since I took Elemental Leatherworking.

More Kara goodness; we one-shotted Curator (finally got my role in the fight worked out and we had very few problems with the adds), did Chess and I GOT THE ROGUE SHOULDERS WOOT. Had a few attempts at Prince, got him to 40% first try, we messed up second attempt and on the third one of our Lock's went *poof*, losing connection in the middle of the fight. We called it soon after.

I'd say so. What were you using before that? It seems like a waste that no warriors, shamans and drudis to a lesser extent wanted that over you? There's a far better cloak that drops off shade for rogues. I lost the roll on Magtheridons head again... I want the ring so bad #-o The druid in the party had it already, both tanks didn't want it, there was no shammy.. I know there are better drops but it's harder for me to do the later bosses at the moment. I need to gear up some more. Edit: I was still in a level 68 cape (from Shattered Halls I think).

Was in Kara last night, fresh from the reset. Ohhh man it's fun, lol. Got the cloak of Arathi Kings - its more of a druid item but nobody else wanted it.

As far as I understood it, BM spec with a DPS pet for lower levels and MM spec with a tank pet (Boars rule) for higher. Uldric will be best to tell you though, I haven't played a hunter beyond level 29.

A pally mate of mine did the entire instance - you collect mobs along the way, bubble/heal when you need to, keep going, all the way to Van Cleef then AoE everything to death. He says there is a video of it on Youtube.

I think Naka would step up massively in the EPL - just look at how much different of a player he was before he went to Scotland. As much as it pains me to say it, as a Celtic fan, it would be great to see him take another step up into the Premier League.

Bit the bullet before maintenance tonight and started working on fishing.. got up to 209 before the servers went down.

Well what a difference a day makes.. To be fair I did have a little QQ at the GM about yesterday, and I know he spoke to some people about it, but tonight they got me to help clear some Kara trash out and we played a game Chess with the deceased mage. The Rogue shoulders and belt didn't drop but I wasn't bothered - I helped team 2 out and gained experience. After that a few of us did a Heroic Mech run. Nothing interesting dropped for me but I did get more badges and again, more experience. I can't be too unhappy with that. I'm definitely going to stick with this guild, not only are they friendly and very experienced, they want a nub like me to better myself and step up into end-game, and as far as I know, that's rare on a game like this one.

/sigh Group 2 were looking for men, so I jumped out of my Botanica group to go, and while I was in another Vent channel the raid leader told me that they were now full and didn't need me (of course I didn't hear him, I wasn't there). So I go to the instance and wait outside, I send him a tell and then he tells me what has happened.. argh.
