Exactly.. all players from that group of servers are placed in the same Battleground - so you can kill people from other servers, and never run into them again (of course they could be from your server too).

The average age of my guild is I would say around the mid-20's - the GM is 33, I'm 29, most of the other officers are around 18-21 and then our guildies range from 15 to 42.. We're all pretty casual and the core is tight-knit (most of us started playing at the same time so we "grew up" together), so it's a nice blend of maturity and friendliness. When people join, they are either happy to be around because of the nature, or disappointed that we aren't as hardcore as the "serious business" guilds.

Man, I wish I knew how to draw - I have an awesome idea for a WoW comic.

Absoloutely mate, don't forget all of us have our own favourite Euro teams - that comment (or at least plenty like it) were used alot tonight. Well anyways it's not over yet. We still have Urawa Red Diamonds to play at home in Japan in 2 weeks and if we can beat them, we will progress. They drew 3-3 tonight with Persik Kerdiri from Indonesia, the minnows of our group, meaning we can still claw our way back.

It's really nothing to do with this thread, but.. Sydney played another game in the group stage of the Asian Champs League tonight here in Sydney against Shanghai... ..and it was a joke. Fair call, the Australian league is very physical, and they aren't scared of contact, but honestly every time there was contact made, a Shanghai player was on the ground. They kept pulling the stretcher out and dragging men off the pitch, but once they had spent a minute or two on the sideline, they were running again, against the ball. The referees were a joke, The game ended 0-0.

Gotta say I agree with you - I rolled Human, mainly for the looks and I liked the idea of bonuses to weapon skills and factions, but in hindsight it's not the best race for a Rogue. If I could go back, I'd have probably picked Gnome or Night Elf - Gnome for the Engineering bonus and the escape artist ability, and NE for the stacking effect of Shadowmeld and Stealth.

Oh yeah I totally forgot about CloS.. That's really the only CD we can truly rely on, especially against a caster.

We only wear leather - a mage can crit me 4-5k, and I only have around 6.9k unbuffed HP. Sure I can break cast, but if I have mis-timed a stun and the mage has managed to get a cast off, chances are my Kick and Gouge are cooling down, and my only chance of regaining control is Kidney Shot, of course only if I have at least one combo point (which you don't necessarily have by this stage). Earthbind Totems? Enemy Rogues with Crippling Poison, or DoT poisons? Even Icy Weapon to a lesser extent. It's not a given that a Rogues cooldowns will save it. Ok, I admit my comment was a bit cheeky and I apologise for it. You do understand my point of view though, right? I agree but there are ways around it - stealth-detect abilites like the human racial, Perception, for one, AoE, traps, Totems.. etc. Ok here's another key weakness - Leather. Most alliance ropgues are played by moron 13 year olds who have had their [wagon] handed to them in BG's by Rogues (usually Undead, lol) and decided to reroll. They really have no clue how to play them at all. The only way I know how to respond to this is by stating that not everyone can be a winner. I'm sorry, but either reroll, or figure out how to beat us. It's not nearly as hard as people make out.

The actual Stunwatch addon doesn't work with Ace2 - I'm using RogueTimerFu but it doesn't tell you *when* you need to restun.

I feel like I'm on the actual WoW forums.. I really hate it when people respond like that. Care to explain? So you think your response to my request for an explanation was unlike the arguments on the WoW forums? It's true, a decent Rogue who knows how to play and has even half-decent gear will own most other classes, especially casters. But, how many of them actually know what they are doing? All it takes is one mis-cued move, one wrong CD used, or one simple mis-timed stun move, and the opposing player will destroy them. Case in point; I was PvPing a bit at Halaa yesterday (Horde had about 20-30 and we had I think 25) and was getting my head stuffed up my arse quite regularly. Why? I kept mis-timing my stuns and letting the Warlock/Mage/Druids away. I'll freely admit I'm not an awesome player.. infact alot of the time I'm still learning how to face different classes. I'm just tired of every [wagon] with a copy of the game going onto the official forums and saying that Rogues are "EZModers". Anyways... PUGing raids is a bad idea: http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/8138/emerissdq1.jpg On the 7th wipe, people started to bail.

All I heard was "I wish I knew how to play my class"..

Explain "cheap".

I wouldn't know where to find DW and wouldn't really want to go there anyway.. My MSN is the same as its always been, you did once have me on yours.. :P Why does everyone hate Rogues? :(

I only wanted to see West Ham go down so Lucas Neill would look like a pillock. I have no other ill-feelings towards the club, despite supporting Crystal Palace since I was an eight year old.

I'm trying to down the last boss in underbog (non heroic). He's a pain. Yes he is, especially when he keeps levitating your priest. ARGH. That was not a fun day.

*pokes Meesy* You still exist? Hi. :) Man I have nothing to do at all today so I might get some runs in.. still need the 3rd Kara key.

Leeds bankrupt? Poor poor Leeds. It just gets worse.
-
Exactly why he won't get the job. Hmmmm Big Sam is free.
-
Last I heard he wasn't interested in U.S and fancied Oz :P He won't go to either, tbh. If he leaves Liverpool now he'll retire. He could do it now. Retire with a CL medal, at the club he loves, which loves him back tenfold, and he has a multi-million property empire to fall back upon. Sounds good to me :) Well, lets sum up the options.. Australia: Good lifestyle, but lower money America: Possibly good lifestyle (not nearly as good as Sydney, ask Yorkie) and fairly good money But here's a spanner in your works: The Middle East: No booze, can't go out much in daylight hours, but massive, huge, unbelievable paypackets. The Fowler family will never have to work again in their lifetimes.

Wastewater Shiv? That's a nice dagger, I had it until I was level 68 or something.
-
Speaking of God, has anyone heard anything new about him moving to USA? The last I'd heard he wasn't interested in coming here and was speaking to the New England Revolution.
-
I just bought a Riding Talbuk. Why? I dunno.
-
Aaaaahahahahhaa. Oh man. That's quite a schooling.
