Eh.. yes and no. Before BC, I have a friend who swore by fishing as a means of farming - you get greens from Chests, from fishing in debris, and you make a reasonable amount from selling some of the fish (can't remember which ones but some are used in Alchemy, right?). Anyways if you fish, you can cook, and in the higher levels there is some very good cookable food available. Edit: RebelAssassin, you're gonna enjoy your hunter - my second character was a hunter and I had alot of fun with it. Your first pet will probably be something easyish to get around Dun Morogh (which is ok, there are some decent beasts there), but the second one is where you hit your renaissance. If I was you I'd go for something like Bjarn or even Naraxis if you can wait til then.

Most boring argument ever. True, I'd never listen to it. We get it on the Sydney FC forums (I'm a mod there) and it gets old very fast. We get it on The World Game (a Football program) forums too and it's beyond a joke there. Seriously the infighting between nationalities is beyond a joke. So much so that Terry Butcher (who was our coach last season) felt the need to comment on it to the media (he decribed it as "anti-English"). It's a whole load of steaming horse excrement.

God yeah, BEM is a hellhole. Wait until you do the quests that revolve around Raven's Wood - UGH. Whatever you do, don't die there. You'll have to ghostwalk back from Sylvanaar (Ally) or Thunderlord Stronghold (Horde) and its close to a ten minute walk. Once I reached those quests, I skipped them and went to Area 52 in Netherstorm. The first handful of quests there are easy enough @ 68.

I dinged 70 the other night, so Nadril and the others would have noticed my absense on Burning Blade.. The higher levels from my old guild got together and left, formed our own. The GM was afk for months on end, then came back and started recruiting lowbies from Elwynn forest - our reaction: what the ___? Slowly working on Attunement for Kara. :)

Krunk: Jame's guides are the best - unless a person wants the "total experience" or whatever of exploring the game, I think they should use them from 30 onwards. They stop you from wasting time on quests that yield little reward, which is the biggest advantage IMO.

Slightly OT.. I was reading a book on the history of video games recently and it inspired me to get out the old emu with Zork I on it.. what a perfect game, if you added a graphical front-end to it and extended the map a helluva lot, you'd have an RPG every bit as comparable to a new game of the same genre.

Right now I'm stuck with a few bars before 68.. I just don't have the time. I had a few hours early in the day today so I built a group for Underbog. Jesus christ, how is a level 63 meant to do that instance? The Black Stalker is a pain in the arse, we never managed to get him down and then I had to leave. Meh, hopefully tomorrow.

I've had this argument so many times with ex-clanmates (from RS). They call me a carebear because I play on a PvE realm. I have a decent killcount for someone who only really PvP'd at optimum levels (my kc is over 4k, I know that much), and was never a level 60 pre-BC. I'm always keen to defend towns from raids and such, and I'm hardly scared to fight people.. Do I sound like a carebear? :( Just dinged for 66 and got the coolest rogue ability since stealth - Cloak of Shadows. Was gonna respec once I got it but decided to wait til 70 - I don't want to build a total PvP rogue only to find I can barely PvE solo (and I chose a Rogue so I could solo if I needed or wanted to).
