DH said most of it, and you should keep black outlines because the colours for the outlines that you choose don't look right.. And also, where is the lightsource? You should have used the moon for that.

Good job with sigs mate, but you really need to start using SAMPLE's :P .

Dunno why but I really like that, the sun in the middle is cool, and the place gives a good atmosphere, only thing that needs work is the water, and maybe the texture of the stone things. Really good job for first
