Occasionally when I change my viewing angle using the arrow keys, my runescape screen suddenly turns black. I have the latest version of java and a decent computer, but I never seem to have the problem with my other ones. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks for any responses.

It could work, but how would you find out whether someone had a bounty on them? If you just talked to the person with the bounty on them, you could tell them to bank their items, kill them, and then claim the bounty.

I don't know about the imps suggestion because there are already a bunch of imps (along with lesser demons though) in the karamja resource dungeon.

That's where your problem lies, not with the settings. May I ask what the point is of having a clan if you don't care for those in it? I want to allow more people to recruit, yet at the same time, not allow them to do other actions such as changing the motto or motif. Also, I do care for the people that are in it, but having more people in my clan allows me to have more flexibility since my clan is mainly for socializing and holding events. However, with only a few people attending events, it can become a bit dull and I am not even able to challenge in a rated clan war due to the 10 player minimum. What's the point of having a social clan with only a few people? With the ability to lower the minimum rank to invite, I can let my clanmates have more power and also rank them based on merit instead of making them all admins. Apologies for sounding like a greedy, selfish bastard in the beginning, but this would increase the freedoms of my clanmates and allow my clan to be more fun.

I suggest that there be an option in clan settings to set a minimum rank to: 1. Change the motto 2. Change the motif (cape colors and symbols) 3. Invite people into a clan 4. Challenge in rated clan wars.(even though there is an option to change who can war, I think it would be easier just to make a minimum rank) There are already options in the clan settings to set who can talk in the chat, enter the chat, and kick, so these additions should be no trouble. To clarify, it's kind of like using an object from your inventory on someone. You click the item in your inventory and then you can right click on a group of players. All other options like trade and assist are removed when you are using an object on someone so it is easier to scroll down the list of people. The "object" would be the equivalent of the report abuse button. This would not make reporting harder in crowded areas, but rather, much easier since you can right click for a list of people.

This system could also be used with assist or even trade. Instead of having options that are hardly used cluttering up the right click, we should have special buttons on the side or on the bottom for these actions.

EDIT: October 25 You can now toggle right click reporting in the options section. :D Instead of having to type in the name of someone who you want to report abuse, you should be able to click the report abuse button and then click the character of the person you want to report. If you right clicked on a group of players there would also be a drop down menu. It would display something along the lines of "Report Abuse PlayerName1". To clarify, it's like using an object from your inventory on a person, but the "object" is reporting abuse This could also be used in the chatbox. You could click the report abuse button and then click the name of the offending player in the chatbox. If you want to manually type in the name of the offending player, then you could right click the report abuse button and click manual report. With this system, it would be much easier to report those people with names like "LLiiliLllasdjasdmzclpotatomonster"or whatever. Also it reduces the clutter of the right click. The options walk here, trade, follow, and request assist can take up a large portion of the screen, so having a specific button for these could reduce this.
