Or they could implement the Report Abuse interface currently used on German worlds* (and possibly other foreign worlds; I didn't check) on the English worlds too. It's not like what you suggested, but is a lot simpler than the current English interface. *In German worlds, when you click the Report Abuse button, a dialog box containing all the current lines of chat in the chatbox appears. You can then click on the offending line of chat and the user who typed that line gets selected to be reported. So there's no need to enter weird nonsensical bot names manually. P.S. and slightly off topic: I didn't get a chance to check if the 1-report-per-minute rule applies on the German worlds (the need for multiple reports never arose in the spambot-free German GE :P); can someone check it if s/he gets the opportunity to do so?

Does that stay like that if you've been a member, but didn't train any of the member skills? If being a member at any point would change that to showing the amount of xp, then this would be a very simple way to prove if someone is pure F2P or not. Yes, if you didn't train some of the P2P skills while you were a member and are now F2P, those untrained P2P skills are still shown as "Members' Skill." But if you gained even a single xp in any of the P2P skills, the stats interface will display the current xp regardless of whether you're F2P or P2P.

Yeah why on earth would they make the vote f2p if it was a p2p only cape. Its like they want to stir up trouble. The purpose of the vote was to choose a good design for the cape. F2Pers are humans (heh, excluding the bots) and their tastes helped with choosing the best design from those given. I really don't see the basis behind the I-was-allowed-to-vote-so-I-should-get-the-cape argument. In fact, the Dragon Scimitar redesign vote was also open for F2P; did you object that time too?

This. As far as I remember, she never used up any substantial amounts of tokens before the final leveling so I assume she had been saving up for the big 12-0. It's amusing to see how people need to make it their business to scrutinize her achievement(s).
