  1. about antialiasing, take a look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-aliasing
  2. very nice story :D it has been a long time since I last took out my cannon, the cannon-balls are really a problem :( ... and daganoth are quite fun to melee as well.
  3. I give bouth 4/10. To me there is not enough contrast in both sigs, its just all blue in blue and to much noisy parts. At a first glance your first sig looks like there are the classical gif palette artefacts. Add some antialiasing to the second sig, especially the font. And generally, I am no big fan of sigs using renders, and the abstract part is mostly too abstract for me  @kingofduke: Hot_Hot_Heat asked for a rating of the sig and thats what Godslayer did, no need to flame him for his rating.
  4. I give it a 0/10, I really don't like it, sry. Bad quality, no idea, copyrighted material, text with white background ...
  5. here is the latest version, I changed some small details and the e/m part in the middle. How about readability and style? Better or worse? sry for double post :?
  6. all interested in doing their own ambigram, can take a look at these to engines generating ambigrams automatically: http://www.ambigram.matic.com/ambigram.htm http://perso.wanadoo.fr/jean-paul.davalan/liens/liens_ambi.html the ambigrams obtained from these are not always perfect, but they are a good start or just nice to get some ideas. nice one Mercifull :D @Quer_Skulll: I will soon make and upload a black and white version ... looking forward to your scan, thx. edit: here is the black and white version of the sig:
  7. thx, maybe I should take a look at Dan Brown's books once. @Quer_Skulll: I didn't really get your point ... hmmm. Do you think my ambigram should be simplified more, or use a simpler base font?
  8. Nice to see you like the sig, thank you. About the rotation: One problem is that the sig (or the max size allowed for it) is too small to rotate it without cutting it. But you are right, I need some way to highlight the symmetry. How is the readability? I am personally not 100% happy with the y/s combination and the e/m part, but i couldn't find a better way do write it yet. for the e/m part there is another solution (this is from ambigram.matic): but having two different types of 'e' in the name looks not very well either. Any ideas, comments, suggestions or ratings welcome
  9. I have worked for some time on an ambigram for my name. I wanted to use it in a new sig, but as of today only the ambigram is finished, and I made it into a minimal sig. Any comments or ratings c/c are welcome. Sys p.s. An ambigram is a text that can be rotated by 180 degree and still looks the same.
  10. 8 / 10
  11. it looks good 8/10. The perspective of the bridge looks a bit strange to me, and its hard to see that the items are thrown. But idea and chars are nice :D
  12. signed, Systemless This has perhaps been mentioned already, but could members put up a petition like this in the Jagex forum as well. I think there are many members that would like to use this on f2p worlds for clanwars as well. And then add a note in the first post, where the topic can be found on Jagex forums.
