I like your thinking the spell rewards were mainly saradomin like on the first part of the quest and then the sequal I was thinking of an alt spells to unlock kinda like the Ancient Prayers. and then a final quest which unlocks more to each kind of spell book :0 -PEACE, Saiga Tatsumi

Sorry I just felt like puting that out there. To be honest I think you should just stick with one and only one. If you wanna get multiples then just have a suggestions idea for clue scroll pt accumulation. My idea for this is rather simple much like how the Slayer Rewards System works. You can accumulate enough pts to do either the following things: -Upgrade Clue Scroll Level -Downgrade Clue Scroll Level -Increase Rewards=More Difficult Challenges -Decrease Rewards=Less Difficult Challenges -Clue Shift=Randomly Transforms Clue Scroll Level -Clue Chance Increase=Increases the Chance of getting a Clue Scroll at the cost of a Lower Reward -Clue Chance Decrease=Decreases the Chance of getting a Clue Scroll at the cost of a Higher Reward -Speedy Clue=Hastens the speed of finishing a Clue Scroll by removing the longer easier parts -Bronze Clue=Gives you a Higher chance at getting a Level I Clue with no Reward Consequences -Silver Clue=Gives you a Higher chance at getting a Level II Clue with no Reward Consequences -Gold Clue=Gives you a Higher chance at getting a Level III Clue with no Reward Consequences -Platinum Clue=Gives you a Higher Chance at getting a Level IV Clue with no Reward Consequences -Titanium Clue=Gives you a Higher Chance at obtaining all Levels of Clues with no Reward Consequences and with a 2X Higher Reward Potential -PEACE, Saiga Tatsumi

Thanks Vroqren, I gotta few people on my fl on rs already asking to help lolz... on my original scale only a few spells do require you to use some prayer points. Overall back to my concept a few spells will require a certain level of prayer to cast because they use some prayer points. But, not all of them require a prayer points to use. Most require a rune cost to cast the spell you desire. Lemme know what you can come up with and post em here. When I get all the details together I do plan on posting the full quest on RS. One of the Spells that I am puting in the Spell book is called: Blessed Weapon Now what Blessed Weapon does... is it Grants your weapon 5% Extra Weapon damage and 10% Extra Weapon damage to unholy beings. Unholy as in: Zamorakian Monks/Mages/Priest Vampires/Vampyres Undead(Zombies and Skeletons) Abnormal Creatures(like... Warped Creatures) Demons E.T.C... -PEACE, Saiga Tatsumi

Alright now before you go ahead and write me off saying nah we don't need a new spell book just wait till you hear my idea... About The Spell Book: Its a Spell book that Non-Members may obtain. There will be some limitations to it like the Lunar Spell Book some spells will only be unlocked by completing a Sequel Quest. This spell book is primarily used for Prayer and Paladins. But, can be used also by Mage-Types. Some spells will require you to sacrifice some Prayer Points where as some spells will let your regenerate prayer points. Some of the spells require a certain degree level of prayer to cast the spell because it is considered a Divine Act. Just think about it..... -PEACE, Saiga Tatsumi

I like it and I dislike it all at once... I can remember when I had an RS Bounty on my head back on 06' when I was running Clan Dark Ages... What I don't like about your idea is the fact that you don't let a person know if they have a bounty on their head. Even so, if they did have a bounty on their head there should be a Billboard posting bounties on it and a person can take the job or not. If they take the job only that one person may take it at once. If they don't act on it in a certain time someone else may take the bounty job. If this is the case if the bounty is logged out and not in the wilderness then the bounty is either dropped or on hold. Quite frankly this is ridiculous because even if you put a bounty on someones head and they don't know that there is one on them.... Chances are they morethenlikely won't go to the wilderness for awhile unless it's to pk them... I think if you put a bounty on ones head that person has a higher chance of gaining higher amounts of wealth off a dead person whom they just killed. If your gonna place a bounty on ones head they won't go unless it benefits them as well. If one has a bounty on their head they should be getting some gold piece drops for a successfull kill. Almost like Red Dead Redemption when you kill alot of deputies. -PEACE, Saiga Tatsumi

Meh Can I get on this? I couldn't use one of my old accounts because I lost the email and password to it ,but I'm a bit of a writer myself! I will fill out an application because I can and will! But, I do not have an written articles that I can post for the numero ocho! I haven't written any articles in a very long time must have been at least almost a decade in a couple years since I last wrote one. Check out my new quest that I will be posting(BOTH ON TIP.ITS AND RS OFFICIAL FORUMS) Here is what the quest is called, "Powers At Be..." It takes you back in time after the death of Elvarg as you search for her Father/Mate. It is going to be a Non-Member Quest which will require the person to have completed all of the Non-Members Quests. You will play as an Unsung Justified Heroe known as, "Paladin-Commander Duelgan"(pronounced=Dool-Gane) Commanding a, "Captain Barzhan"(pronounced=Baar-Zon) with the aid of Guthixian Druids. Under the watchful and helpful eye of, "Arch Druid Teigah"(pronounced=Tay-Gaa). You are an Ancient Paladin of Great Saradomin. Who stages an Anti-Coupe against your lord with a ragtag clan of Paladins, Knights, Templars, and Priests with Guthixian Druids and the help of The Watchful Eye Guardian of Guthix, "Saville"(pronounced=Saa-Veele) against the Death/Banishment of Zaros. Later, in this Story you help Zarosian Mages defeat some of Zamoraks ragtag Mahjarrat. And in the End you gain a new Spell Book that works with Prayer.

I find Clue Scrolls very hard to do and highly time consuming I find it best way to do it with PoH. I have Six Portals in my PoH. Lumbridge, Varrock, Falador, Camelot, Ardougne, and Yanille. My house is located ina central pt of Fremenik(so that's pretty good but I think I should move it to Pollniveach). I carry a Ring of Wealth(4), Amulet of Glory(4), Air Stave, 10 Laws, 10 Earths, Ectophial, Dungeoneering Ring, Cabbage Teleport Ring(I forgot what the heck thats called...). Yea it's a bit excessive, but since I do not have access to the Fairy rings that is the best I can do And Im fixing to put in 3 more Portals in once I get 70 Con :)

To Be Honest.... I believe only Law Runes should be non-members. Entrana should be granted to non-members I find it nice(as a fellow f2pr/p2pr) to have a Black Demons non-memebers as well... Cosmic Runes and Nature Runes are too far deep into member territory so just Law Runes would be fine in my opinion :) -PEACE, Saiga
