  1. Good luck! Maybe add claws and one of each of the three glacor boots to the list?
  2. Only low level consumables have spiked? I guess if you leave out the notable exception of big bones....
  3. Yes, luckerau. Pretty much all levels are welcome. I'll add you in-game when I get the chance; do the same for me.
  4. Very funny, hedgehog
  5. Yes, definitely. It will come out to approximately 30k xp/hr at your current levels. Once you reach higher levels and move up to giant spiders, you will max out a tad over 50k/hr.
  6. Full rune, rune gauntlets, fancy boots, str ammy, rune scimmy on flesh crawlers for melee...If you have to dg tokens, switch out scimmy for gravite rapier. Flash pray protect melee and 15% str and att prayers. For ranged, maple shortbow, rune full helm, green d'hide body, rune legs, leather boots, power ammy, mithril or addy arrows. If you're getting hit too much and having very short trips, you can play around with this setup and use more rune vs. dragonhide and stuff. If you have the dg tokens, switch out bow for gravite shortbow. When you reach higher defence (around 70), switch to giant spiders.
  7. Eh, not particularly. I guess prayer maybe by nature of the fact that not too many skills even cost money for me. Prayer costs big bones, ranged costs mithril arrows, and fishing costs urns+nats+feathers. Aside from that, I'm more or less done. Firemaking is banked, Smithing comes from mining, the magic that doesn't come from fishing comes from mining for profit, cooking is done. The way the market currently is, a lot of the methods that cost money aren't even viable with increased income. Boneyard is that same effiency as big bones around 270k income/hr. Cutting gems isn't viable, smithing addy plates once I hit 88 isn't viable, making tiaras for RC isn't viable. tl;dr...I'll either use it on prayer or just hold onto it for a while.
  8. I had loaned a clan-mate 6M a few months ago, and he paid me back 9M tonight. That could be useful
  9. Spoken like a true socialist, Tim. Just because you've been around longer or had bad luck, I'm not sure why you feel entiteled to wealth or the best money making or training methods. As Q said, all of the people who more money and higher levels have done something to deserve it. Are you sure they don't see things from your viewpoint? They were all poor at some point. Maybe it's YOU who doesn't see things from THEIR viewpoint.
  10. Thanks, and yeah, I am alching the fish. I have too many nature runes lying around, however, so I think it's worth it for me to just use them to get the fastest fishing xp I possibly can.
  11. If you pay full attention, don't use mousekeys, and are relatively fast but by no means that fastest, you can figure 2.2k iron superheats/hr for 117k magic xp/hr and 27.5k smithing xp/hr plus the gp gained.
  12. Can anybody offer me figures as to approximately how many gems I might be able to cut per hour if looking to train my crafting? I've gotten answers ranging from around 3k to 4.5k. Thanks in advance!
  13. I've been doing some floors and stuff. I went on another rev trip...this time trio-ing. We were there for over an hour, and our only decent drop was a 57k corrupt dragon dagger that we split 19k evenly 3 ways. I'm pretty sure that Rev Hunting is not worth it, but I might do a few more trips to see. We generally go from the west, and kill the imp, the 15 goblin, the 37 goblin, the pyrefiend, the hobgoblin, and the werewolf. Oh, and here is 83 Def:
  14. Bad, I'm rarely in my FC...it's definitely best to add me. In-game, I'm levine1996 and he is foodmonkey11 Hope to catch you soon!
  15. Kaida....I think the vote is in on superheating vs. artisan's. Feel free to veto, but we are your faithful followers
  16. Hey bad...we really plan to go whenever several of us are online and in the mood as opposed to at a specific time. You can add both of us in game, and I will also add you. Edit: Whoah...he beat me to it.
  17. Did a few floors for not too much dg xp, then went duo rev hunting with foodmonkey. We spent an hour and a half, and certainly got better by the end. Right before we called it quits, I got a Zamorak Statuette drop from a level 15 goblin. We split it 250k / 250k between us. Figure counting costs of food and tele runes, we made 165k/hr plus 7k melee xp/hr. Not worth it at that rate, but I'm interested to see how the income rate changes as we get more people, and how the drop rates really are...can we expect 500k in drops every 90 minutes? We shall see.
  18. Definitely looking forward to seeing a positive response to this...you know I'm down!
  19. I'm not sure if this applies to the polypore staff spell, but iirc, it has been observed and confirmed that all magic spells have the same accuracy.
  20. Kaida, they do have a deadline if you place a deadline, but I intentionally did not  And foodmonkey, definitely pm me in game some time about it. I'm not particularly good at it, but I know that some guys in my clan have done some f2p rev hunting. You should definitely make a thread, and post the link here. I'd certainly be willing to look into it! Good idea.
  21. Thanks for the luck, and na...I don't really have a timeframe set on the goal.
  22. Hey there...Thanks! And most of the magic was done high alching back when it was profitable. At this point, my mage xp is primarily coming from a bit of superheating and alch-fishing.
  23. Logdotzip...please think more rationally about what you just wrote. When a person becomes addicted to gambling online with gp, which do you think is a more likely outcome: That they realize that they don't like losing and they don't gamble, or that they get used to gambling and continue to do it, eventually expanding from gp to money in real life. That's exactly what a psychological addiction is...even if it doesn't make sense to a non-gambler, a gambler will get a rush every time they win, and continue to gamble no matter how much they lose because of that small high they get upon victory.
