Isn't the whole point of the hiscores to show who got how much xp when? Take Hitpoints (oops i mean constitution). Deja Vu Xiii was the first to get 200,000,000 Hitpoints xp. Considering that he was the first, and that he did it when it was harder, is incredible. He deserves credit for gettin rank 1. But, rather a rightfully earned spot, he is punished for not paying Jagex money any more. If someone else gets rank 1 hp, people will see it, and think that the other person was the first to get it. Meanwhile, deja is forgotten. Thats not fair at all. There's so many ways to go about this though 1.) Remove xp cap 2.) keep hiscores free 3.) give skillcape sellers an additional option about the history of the skill, where they would mention the people who got it to 200M and who was first, etc 4.) Separate hiscores, 1 active 1 inactive This inactive one would be called legacy or something and compare their actual ranks as well as their ranking among other inactive players 5.) keep it free, but you have to create a hiscores account to access them from now on. After this is made, you could link your account to the hiscores. All bots would be removed as they're no lover active, and those who care about their ranks of being first could make a free hiscores account 6.) Or one of these could be approached, but rank 1 will forever stay rank 1, meaning the first to 200M stays rank 1 no matter what (unless banned) TL;DR Jamflex u dun goofd

My old fishing plan (mainly for myself but use if you want), it covers from level 1, I'm level 57 at the moment. Needed: 1000 urns, 35K feathers, fly fishing rod, crayfish cage, small fishing net. Levels 1-5: Fish 37 crayfish (5 minutes) Levels 5-13: Fish 64 sardines (8 minutes) [Yes it does hit 13 before all 64, that's supposed to happen] Levels 13-20: Complete the 'Fishing Contest' quest (10 minutes) Levels 20-29 Complete the 'Sea Slug' quest (10 minutes) [Requires 30 firemaking] Levels 29-70 Fly fishing at Rasalo's fishing spot You need 725,682 experience. This is about 14 hours. Requires: 1 fly fishing rod, 35K feathers Levels 70-80 Same as before. Using the remaining 20-something thousand feathers, get 80 fishing. This is about 20 hours. Levels 80-11M 112,675 Leaping sturgeon. This is 100 hours. 11M-12M Exp gained from effigies. 12M-99 Exp from dungeoneering. Total time: 135 hours of fishing/opening effigies to 12M exp. Unknown dung fishing. 135 hours = 5 days 15 hours. W/o effigies and dung fishing you need another 2M exp, which is another 22 hours, for a total of 6 days and 13 hours, or 157 hours 1-99 fishing.

Fun fact, the first person to get 200M summoning got a good deal of his xp from a bonus, meaning less time spent on it. I guess he's number one because he was just skipping the charm gathering process.
