this may sound stupid but in al my photoshop days (think bout 1.5 year :o ) i never found out how to make stuff (esp. letters) transparent

OH i know why he looks like a psycho 8) i think if you make his left eye (right in the picture :roll: ) a bit smaller and remove the evil laugh hell look much happier 8) btw the shading looks awesome now

the dark edges on his right arm (left in the picture :roll: ) look weird maybe make them like the other robe pieces and the wall looks fine
