Um - I am having trouble figuring out which is the 'Lady of the Waves' that I have to charter from Cairn Island.... Where do I charter it?

I find it is better to help, rather than give. While some will basically blow you off because they are only trying to get something, there are some who really want to learn, and I suddenly find myself with someone popping up and giving me unasked for things, like coal or iron... One of the best things I have found is that by helping rather than giving, I seem to avoid the ones who are just trying to use me as a sugar daddy, and instead make some friends. Of course, the option to remove friends is always there if they are just pretending.....
