There aren't many active fcs for ba, but you can check "ba fc" every once and a while for players. Or you can just try your luck at world 6. I was there yesterday and found a good team. If you do find another fc or need another player for a team, please message me. I'm level 5 all roles too.

Go for ganodermic beasts safespotting. I'm still making 2-3m an hour and getting good effigies and spirit seeds. Expect to kill around 70 per hour with the polypore staff and you may be averaging around 1k flakes, 3k spores, a good chance of a stick drop, and several expensive seed drops. Safespotting at Ganodermic beasts is almost afk and you don't have to worry about slow spawnrates or other people taking your kills. Yes, it's worth a try.

I've been getting around 70 kills per hour safespotting and 150 cannoning using the new staff, using akrisae with arcane stream and ext magic (im 91 slayer so i need to have a yak for wild pies) for effigies, im guessing about 1/200 kills which is a very rough guess not everyone knows this, but there's a great spot to cannon in the southwest in the agility area behind some obsticles expect to use 5/8 ammo per rotation and miss a lot, so cannon might not be as good for money anymore. i hope this helps.
