  1. I hope it's related to Adamant dragons, if only to get closer to the fabled Dragon dragon. Given how skilled Jagex is at tying together unrelated storylines, I can see them connecting Grotworms and Dragons/Dragonkin/Elder dragons somehow.
  2. Every time I look at this guide, it looks better and better. Nice work! Perhaps you could add a section about what is most important? Something like this: buy Whip first, then buy Beserker ring, then Fury, then Bandos, sell Bandos + Fury to pay for Extremes, etc. What is worth the money, what should you buy first? A section about blocking/skipping tasks would be nice. I know that you mention this info in the "Tasks" section, but it would be helpful to have a single list. "Best tasks to block", "Tasks to skip", "Tasks that are worth it", maybe even "The best tasks". This is optional, but a section about the Ring of Wealth might be nice, AKA why not to use it. Edit: Oh yeah, could you do me a favor? I need a random screenshot of you slaying. Just take it in the middle of any task, it doesn't really matter. It would be greatly appreciated.
  3. Yes, I feel that RuneScape has taught me some valuable pieces of knowledge. I know it certainly helped my language skills.
  4. This guide is looking much better. Your efforts really show!
  5. Anyone have thoughts on the potential long-term effects on the economy?
  6. The best rewards on the Squeal of Fortune should be cosmetic.
  7. True, pictures and flashy banners and organized sections don't add to the actual utility of a guide. However, especially on a topic such as Powerslaying, I believe it is worth it to make an effort to reach out to the masses. Honestly, the people who are keen on efficiency already know everything in the guide. That's why you should make your target audience the ordinary slayers, the ones who are willing to learn but are deterred by long blocks of text where the most useful information is buried. While the Evolution of Combat update may change everything, I still believe that fleshing out this guide and completing it is absolutely worthwhile. I'll definitely be reading this, regardless of whatever combat changes may ensue.
  8. This guide is promising, but I think it needs more organization to take it to the next level. Separate the points into Potions, Weapons/Equipment, Special Weapons, Useful Quests, etc. If the quality of the guide rises substantially (say, with more pictures? :shades: ), this has the potential to become one of the best guides on Tip.It.
  9. Hello everyone! @Cheat, The truth is, I don't know the best possible course of action for us to take. Indeed, it's a interesting point of discussion - what exactly is the best way to influence Jagex to do a particular action? Regarding the second article, there has to be a balance between appeasing long-term members and enticing new ones. In order to maintain this balance, I personally believe that a new method should not be released with both faster xp and easier training (more AFK-ability). RuneSpan included both, which truly did contribute to the devaluation of the RuneCrafting cape. Nevertheless, I highly enjoy RuneSpan and I could not stand traditional RuneCrafting. How can I complain about the update?
  10. Hello everyone. My name is The Floating Pen and this is my first post on the regular forum. It's nice to meet everyone and I hope I'll make some nice friends here. Not much of an introduction, but it will suffice.
