  1. Because when there are 3 lvl 50+ players wearing bronze armour and stabing cows in Burthorpe it seems pretty obvious that they are bots?!? not to mention their names are variations of a series of numbers and letters ie. '54lwn2o1m3o' or '54lwjao2kdo'
  2. OK, I checked the health of the tree and then tried to trim the branches but it sayd some still need to grow, does that mean they dont fully grow with branches on them to clip? and what kinda exp does it give me?
  3. So Farming was one of my most dreaded skills at one point in time, and now i find it very enjoyable, profitable, and one of the funner skills. I was just reading over Zaaps1 guide on farming 'Mother Gaia' (which is amazing and if you havent read it you should) and saw that willow branches are a good money maker. I'm able to do 2 tree runs a day most days and now I feel im getting jipped out of some good cash I could be making. What do I need to get the wollow branches from the actual tree, and if the tree grows back, can I get more or do I have to plant another? Thanks, BIO
  4. I agree completley with the origanal post F those people. I dont bot, I dont do real world trading. Anyone who actually does that doesnt even have respect for the game, and therfore should not even play it in the first place
  5. So im lvl 27 summoning and i wanted to know what familiar pouches to make to get my level up fast and cheap. I was planning on doing granite crabs w/ gold charms til I can do compost mounds w/ green charms, but im not to sure where to go from there. Any Ideas or tips?
  6. I like the new loadstones so that your able to home tele to just about anywhere, although I think they should have put Canafis on the map!?! Seems like such a pain to have to walk over there and I know you can do the Ghosts Ahoy quest to tele to the port but seriously, that side of runescape is a pain to get too without the ectophial or whatever its called. Just a simple thought though, I figure they have one for lunar island and for bandit hideout, but nothing for Canafis.. strikes me as odd?!?
  7. well, got lucky and while i was doing the digsite quest i happened to come across some buttons thanks for all the help though haha
  8. can i just buy a pick in the GE or can i get it from the theifing guild?
  9. Wheres the location to get in? I thought it was near lumbridge the trapdoor east of the sheep pen?
  10. I just started the digsite quest since i've been meaning to do it for a while, in hopes of finding one of these buttons...
  11. I cant get into the hideout though, I need to do a few more quests before I can start 'Another Slice of H.A.M'
  12. How do I get the buttons in order to polish them?!? This is the last thing I need to start the quest, what is the fastest way to get these!!
  13. Hey just read this great guide on slayer right here and I understand you cant get tasks from the burthorpe slayer master, but will it count if i get them from the slayer master in canafis? And if I do so, are there any requierments to start getting the slayer points? Thanks, BIO
  14. So I've been playing this game on and off since around 2001 or 2002 when there was RS classic if anyone can remember that?! And because I've played on and off, I always end up making a new character. I've never gotten a lvl 99 in a skill before, and I decided that its about time I get one. But I dont want to go for something easy/boring so firemaking, woodcutting, and fishing are out of the question (as I find these skills most boring). I want to go for something a little more challangeing to make getting to lvl 99 that much better! Now note that I would like to achive this in a non combat skill! Some of the skills that I though would be cool for a first 99 would be: Farming - takin a recent intrest in and can be very profitable Herblore - love this skill but can be very pricey Runecrafting - like the skill, but most will be in runespan Theiving - fun and helps with a lot of other skills Crafting - good skill to have, not sure about profit/price My current lvls for these skills are: 34 Farming 40 Herblore 62 Runecrafting 32 Theiving 54 Crafting If I had to put them in order from which I wanted most to least it would go: Herblore, Runecrafting, Farming, Crafting, Thieving I'm willing to throw all my cash at this, and cash I can make with any other skills as well (I just think it's time I get myself a 99) And please give me an honest opinion on which skill would be the best to get first, I dont want to go for something just because its a higher lvl. I would like to see what other people think would be cool for a first 99 skill So again please dont base your answer off of my current lvls, but more personal experience in the skill itself, and what would be a best 99 skill out of the 5
  15. I've been working on getting my crafting up latley, and i usually buy 1k to 2.5k flax for about 70-75 ea. and spin em all and sell the bow strings for 140 in the ge for 15 exp for each flax spun its not so bad for making money and getting a few crafting lvls?! can get boring though, usually veiw forums when i do it haha
  16. Plain and simple we are a new clan forming, looking for mature and active members. As of now there are no requirments to get in due to the fact that we are more of a social group, and still growing. Plans are to have 2-3 events a week varying from group quests, skilling events/races, dungeoneering, and all different kinds of minigames. Anyone wanting to join can contact me (BIOfrequency) via in-game message
  17. I'd like to help you make a clan if your still trying too.Just send me a message my RSN: BIOfrequency A little about me, I've been playing for about 7-8 years on and off. It's been about a year since I've played so I made a new account and I like the way my character is coming along. I'm focusing on a ranger for what its worth but some of the things I like to do in the world of runescape are group questing, pest control, skilling and PvM (after I'm a higher combat lvl). I've been in a few clans but a majority of them were abandoned by the leaders after a few months after I had joined. The current clan I'm involved with I'm an Organiser although nobody from the clan ever wants to do anything, so its somewhat of a pointless clan. I play quite often, just about everyday along with my little brother. Something I look for in a clan is respect and maturity, people who are knowledgeable and willing to help others. I made this new account and its come a good ways for only playing for about a week and a half. Some of my stats: Current/Goals Combat - 54 Range - 58/70 Constitition - 48/? Prayer - 32/44 Herblore - 34/50 Runecrafting - 60/66 Slayer - 34/50 Crafting - 41/63 I like skilling as much as the next person but I think you should think about broadening the clans values, especially for starting/creating a new clan. I've joined your friend chat and added you as a friend, so next time I see you on we should try to set something up. Thanks, BIO
  18. I just started doing slayer as well, I felt like starting slayer at an early combat lvl My stats: Slayer:34 Combat:54 Good luck, I hope to get to your level sometime in the future!!
  19. I need 20 or 25 ecto tokens to do the quest Animal Magnatism. whats the easiest way to get these?
  20. So while playing sometimes my screen will freeze up, causing me have to refresh the page logging me out and having to sign in. Now sometimes it happens every 2-5 min to where I just stop playing, and sometimes it wont happen for maybe a few hours. What I notice is when doing something like agility that does a bunch of different actions its seems to freeze up more often, where as just mining or chopping wood. I do have the resolution turned down quite a bit, any other ideas to make this problem occur less?
  21. How much money would i need to start chinning? I have good friends that are into hunter so i might be able to get them cheap, but they are hardly ever on anymore it seems
  22. Ya good point, I dont exactly have a ton of money to blow. I might just do yaks or rock crabs for now, but last time I had done rock crabs or yaks they were always pretty busy. Hopefully thats changed a little
  23. Ya good point, since im p2p, I was hoping to train high enough to be able to complete dragon slayer and get strength and Defense exp from the quest. It would definitely give me a good boost to start training melee as well. But idk what level I should attempt it at
  24. Hi all, I recently got back into Runescape for the summer and created a new account. Needless to say I wanted to know what the new best way to train range would be. I'm currently level 57 range and want to get to 70 asap. Last I remember a quick way to raise range was iron knives at rock crabs or simply training on rock crabs. then again its been a few years since I've played so I'm just trying to update my knowledge on the newer quick range training spots/monsters. I started training range with a sling but latley I've been training range while doing slayer as well just to mix things up and because I'm racing my little brother to level 50 slayer. Current stats: 57 range 31 prayer 35 defense Also a quick note I plan on training defense to level 40 so i can wear the full d'hide set but after 40 it will be strictly range training til 70. If you could give maybe a rough idea of the exp/hr that would be awesome, not worried about the drops much but anything that drops a lot of herbs would definitely be a plus! Thanks, BIO
