It seems like the new outfits come with a complementary boobjob and free fingers, but boobs and fingers haven't been added to the normal character models in the live game yet. (or maybe they'll be a feature of solomon's shop too)

They also seem to have updated Bandos armor, but nothing else that I've seen. Oh why... That loincloth
