So he's quit for League of Legends? Nice. Would have been better if he'd changed his name to something like; Quit for WoW, Quit for D3. As I'm sure more people are familiar with those 2 than they are LoL. League of Legends is probably more popular than diablo and world of warcraft.

If it's possible, then how come it hasn't been done yet? I don't even know why some people are arguing over the most trivial and pointless things. Suomi might not have literally gotten 5B, but he certainly proved that it was possible (this cannot be reasonably disputed). The thought among players was that for years that no would ever get close to 5b, that Suomi has gotten 99.9% of the way there proves that it is in the realm of possibility. You can argue that Suomi hasn't actually completed the task, that's debatable but to argue that Suomi didn't emphatically prove that 5b is possible is insanity and nonsense. It's the same scenario as starting out as a level 3 and thinking it's impossible to get to 138 Combat or 2496 total. By the time you reach, say 2450 total and 135 combat -- you might never actually complete the journey, but you know that if you wanted to, it's perfectly within the realm of possibility. In Suomi's case, it's not even that far, it's literally 1 experience. I don't want to be harsh here, but anyone who argues that 5b isn't possible (which is different from it being highly probable or actually happening) is completely ignorant of the concepts of possibility, or worse yet, a malicious troll. Possibility =/= highly probable or actually going to happen. It only implies that a certain act could happen. Suomi might never 5B, but you cannot dispute that if he willed it, he could get it at any moment. This entire universe we are in is in a single atom in a fingernail of a person, so I heard somewhere. Similarly, there is also a massive tiny universe in one of the atoms of my fingernail. I'm just kidding. That is just silly. BUT, there truly is a massive universe inside the pixel of SUOMI's last xp point. They've been hiding there, assuming they'd never be surfaced, but SUOMI has chiseled away at the marble of runescape potential like Bernini sculpting "The Rape of Proserpina." SUOMI, at the height of his narcissism, still thinks it is all about him at this point. And you inhumane bullies said it was "negligible." Just reprehensible. There is an entire universe full of life, wonder, and architecture separating SUOMI from 200M all and you're saying it's "negligible", thus trivializing an entire dimension of existence. Why don't you tell the fine fellahs living on the planet of Saradomakite, a planet very similar to Earth, that their existence is "negligible." Do you only post when you're high? He is Dustin Hoffman irl, everything he says is pure gold, a seduction to our literar needs, even though he Jebrim'd at College, he is still very clever!!! Wtf does "Jebrim'd" mean in this case? edit

I donated 100m to suomi so he would get 5b exp, not stop 1 exp away. that's like running a marathon and stopping before the finish line. you aren't finished until you cross it. I actually think he should refund everyone if he doesn't plan on finishing.

If you say H/c x2 in game you will be muted. (Taken from Reddit)

sorry but there's no such thing as legit gambling. -
it's only to level 5, so it's a nice incentive for f2p players and will do more good than harm.
-
He refuses to do so until Jagex invites him to Jagex HQ again. Either that, or this is some elaborate troll to give the 2nd and 3rd ranks a false hope, and then to spring it on them when they are close. what is he, 12?
-
and when is suomi going to max? quit being a diva and get the last damn 1 xp.
-
anyone who claims they aren't doing something to get recognition from other people is absurd. it's a human trait everyone shares. it's in our freaking dna. the guy driving the 100k car? yeah he's saying to himself "look at my expensive car you poor peasant folk".

lots of people live with their families into their 20's. it's more of a western thing to move out when you turn 18. personally, i'm 22 and work 40 hours a week (make $50,000/yr) and live at home. Eventually I'll move out, but I'd like to have at least $100,000 in my bank before doing so.
-
suomi, I hope you take a very long, deserving break after this. you have done what many people thought impossible.
-
who would have imaged... 200M experience in ALL skills. I remember in rs1 having the hardest time just trying to get my mining high enough for the mining guild, or ambitiously looking at people inside the crafting guild while I fight hob goblins.

Answered your own question Who even gets "buzzed" by it? using it makes you look like you're pretending to be smart. wow, are you serious?
-
you're a special case. the average teenager is able to graduate in less than 3 years, have the best years of their life, and if they work hard enough get a full scholarship to university/college.
-
People make this stupid argument way too often on this thread. People are telling suomi what they think, no one is putting a gun to his head and making him do what they think is best. If you think people shouldn't be telling suomi they think he made the wrong decision then you should also not be telling suomi you think he is making the right decision because you are also influencing his future thoughts on the subject and you are affecting "his decision" which you think people should stay out of. I'm not sure what you're on about. All I said was that I respect his decision to quit. Lol. not anywhere in your post did you say you respect his decision to quit. tai_tong nailed it.

start your new acc, and finish your 3rd acc on bxpw.

Since before the dawn of time..

Two new skills being made for 2013. First to 5.4B exp? :D
-
it's incredible the gap between rank 1 and rank 2.
-
If I were suomi I would stop at 4,999,999,999 and leave it there for a year.
-
but are people truly happy when they achieve a 99 or a 200m? i know me personally i'd get a 99 and just move onto the next skill and not think twice about getting the 99, but if i got a 9x on a test in university i'd be ecstatic, or when I got to travel S.E. Asia, it was thrilling. I will never get that sort of emotion playing rs. when i'm on rs, If I saw myself in a mirror my face would look like [spoiler=image]
-
The problem with this logic is that most people don't make such long-term goals. When I started playing RuneScape ages ago I never thought I would get 99 in one skill let alone every skill. Years after my first 99 I still never dreamed of getting 200M in one skill let alone the six I have now. I'd say there are less than 5 players who really think they are going to get 200M in everything, and I know none of them. (ironically some of them are on your list) The fact of the matter is most of us, including myself, work towards 200m all without believing we will ever make it. Does that qualify us for your list? I don't know. The most logical way to create your list is to just have a cutoff in the number of hours, and only include the people with less than that, regardless of if they say/believe they will ever get 200m all. exp waste

can you add number1boss
-
obviously it is his life and he can do whatever he wants, but why not just finish the achievement? he could be the one and only rs player to ever achieve this and it's only a couple months away. He has 2 very fast skills left and farming will finish in no time. this can very well change rs. you never know what Jagex may have planned for such an accomplishment. To quit so close to the finish line is cheating yourself and you will regret it. Even if you only play half the time, or 25% of the time, it's better than quitting.

number1boss said he won't be getting 200m all skills. it's just not a possibility beause he aspires to do more in life than click a mouse.
