Alkan could possibly pass Fors soon it looks like. Any thoughts on that. If chrons weren't nerfed than fors would be much farther ahead but unfortunately that had to happen.

Honestly, if it attracts players to RS3 im all for it, i can understand there will be some balancing issues but if old style combat is worse than abilities, than people will have the choice to use abilities. Like auto attacks/ momentum is still worse than abilities, but people use momentum still. If they want more damage they can get more damage, if they are fine with the lack of damage they can play how they want.

Honestly, if shits going to be double the cost id rather just train some other skill. The only skills that are more efficient to train than others are the skills that use the most gp/hr, but its not even really as worth it as people think just because shit is expensive af. Idk what im going to train on bonus xp weekend, but i dont think its worth being broke to train a buyable

I would say vote xp because that has economic benefits, where as the double drops has negative effects as far as drops go. Makes drops crash/ panic crash. skilling supplies would go up if it was just double xp

Honestly, you have to look at the game from the perspective of not just xp rates and stuff for a second. The game certainly isnt dying but there is still a big upset over EOC, and if all of us xp oriented people want a game that is fun and whatever, we need to realize that xp isnt the only thing in the game. The healthier the game is, the better the game will be for us in the long run. You dont want a community that is always crying about eoc, bots, a bad economy or whatever. You want a positive community that will help the game grow. I mean there needs to be a level of compromise where you can understand that this update will make a huge amount of players happy and also restore some of the old combat system people really miss.

I dont want that to happen. It would be cool and all but they would need a new glacor cave for that to be a thing
