  1. Hey everyone! I recently rebuilt my bank, and I'm severely lacking in summoning familiars. I've been getting a list together of the ones I think would be most useful, and I'd like to get your opinions as well. I should not the list is based on my Summoning level (90 atm). Here's what I have so far: -Light Creature - Divination Boost -Unicorn Stallion - Healing -Rune Minotaur - Combat -Lava Titan - +10 Firemaking & Mining -Nightmare Muspah - Divination Boost -Hydra - Regrown Farming trees -Giant Ent - Improved harvests -Granite Lobster - +4 Fishing -Arctic Bear - +7 Hunter -War Tortoise - BoB Past that, I'm not sure what else I should have. I purposefully left out a lot of combat familiars as I'm not sure which is best for each style (I thought maybe Nihil, but gathering their ingredients is a pain). I also left out the Spirit-hunting creatures as I'm not sure which of the three is more useful. They also released a new Phoenix familiar last week, and I'm not sure what its name is. But it seems really useful as well. I'll add it if anyone knows. Thanks for any suggestions! ~Meranek
  2. Yeah, I was leaning towards Divination as well. I think it might be more worth doing then mmy PvM skills since I can work towards the new weapons. Agility was at the top of my list, but I'm already close to 90, so I'm going to sit back and accumulate some bonus XP and Feathers.
  3. Oops, forgot about stats. Those would be useful, huh? :P
  4. So I set myself a goal last year to unlock everything POP-related. I unlocked all of the Adventurers (minus the Trapper), got all Scrolls, made all of the Scrimshaws/Equipment. And then, guess what? POP v3! :D Now I'm not sure if I want to continue training for Ports-related skills, or if I should continue with my longterm goal of getting the levels I need for PvM. What do you guys think my next move should be? I've been bankstanding for far too long. -92 RuneCrafting/Smithing: For the new Tetsu/Seasinger weaponry. At 90 in each skill already. -90 Div/Agi/Dunge/Hunter: For the new Adventurers. I'm all over the place with these levels, so will probably take a while. -90+ Melee/Mage/Range, 92 Prayer, 88+ Summon: For PvM. Will also take a decent amount of time. --99 WC: Because I'm currently at 98 and why not? :P Thanks for any input!
  5. Yes, I have a few porters for banking d'hides, but I'll mainly be using Notepaper. I won't be banking at all for Mining/Smithing. I'll just take enough runes for 1 - 2k Superheats at a time until I get bored training it. :D I'd like to look into Warbands, but not right now. I've tried twice before, and I got slaughtered. Don't want to put in the time with so much other stuff to do~
  6. I used to love my Dragon Defender. But EE is a much better option these days. I ended up throwing out my DDs. Pretty much useless after EoC. :/
  7. Hey everyone! So I'm trying to get all of the Player Owned Ports skills taken care of, and I'm not sure which to train next. I've got three options, and enough bonus XP in all of them to reach the desired levels: -90 Smithing/90 Mining - Superheating Gold Bars at LRC -90 Crafting/90 Prayer - Killing Dragons, noting d'hides, burying Bones w/ Dragon Ammy -90 Hunter - Protean Traps at Jadinkos I'm DIY'ing each of these, so no Exchange or player trades. I would love to get all of these by the end of the year, but I need 13k d'hides for 90 Crafting alone, so I doubt that will happen. Does anyone have better methods for getting these levels? Also, which should I pick? 90 Crafting seems more useful, and I'd also unlock the Missionary. But 90 Smithing also seems like a good choice since they're talking about releasing a Mining-themed adventurer, if I remember right. 90 Hunter is last on my list, I think. I don't the the Scales or Pearls from that storyline, and 90 Hunter doesn't help with creating any of the rewards. Thanks for any help! tl;dr: Which of the three should I train? Anyone have any better methods than what I listed? I play DIY, so no Exchange or trades.
