Maybe they mean that we only can multi-log to transfer geepeez and not to play on both accounts at the same time.

They haven't enforced multilogging and whatnot for years, pretty sure most of the top pagers does it to get benefits and to "stay" in the race for top ranks, it's what they got to do. Jagex should either remove the rule of multilogging and whatnot, or actually enforce it. I guess that post by Mod cancerBalance implies they don't enforce it in the slightest. Oh well, it's 2014.

Yeah, summoning is gonna drag me down though. :( I repaid my friend 100 of 120m that I owed him yesterday, so I only have my gear, some food and 7m left, hope I can go nex this weekend with some m8s and get some drops, I have a lucky icelandic viking fur hat that got us b2b drop so hope it is good then :3
Need to rebuild a fair bit, but just focusing on dom tower for now, this weekend I hope I can blow through atleast 70% of livid. I have like 120k produce atm should be doable to get the last 700 ish k needed with double pts. :3

Hopefully this wont be as easy as moving to a different segment of the city every time it moves because always getting 20% more xp for just moving is pretty stupid. Also leaving the city will be a waste of time lol. For any skill that can be trained there it will be trained there. So like all of rs is going to be dead content

Just saw that, to quote my post on that thread...
"Hoping this isn't a change for all brawlers combined with BXP. I admit it is overpowered, but very limited in use considering how rare brawlers are."
They sort of made them less rare with the reintroduction of them to the RDT, people seem to get a fair few so it is a bit overpowered to have it combine with bxp lol

Cooking Guild doesn't require anything lol, besides maybe 35 cook, only reasonable explanation is that you either got reset for botting the cook while in the guild, or it was in there before a potential req? no clue.
Anywho, there's too many level 4s with 9 hp/level 4s with rare holiday items/10 year capes being sold on Powerbot and whatnot for it to be an achievement, go to w100 varrock big bank you'll see like 10 level 4s with 9 hp, it's almost more unique to just make a brand new 2014 account now lol.
