  1. Thanks for the update Holy shit, Geel is that close? Damn, Jdelacroix has a lot of bonus experience as well pretty sure in his c2 skills so that could be significantly less, fortunately he doesn't nolife as much so wouldn't win
  2. I know he's used spins. It helps to be able to play at an efficient rate consistently, I'm not denying any of this
  3. I'm not aware or educated about the opportunity cost he has lost by spinning and buying his way to the top? You should watch the video a few more times Lol @ "Forsberg is a great player, you're so ignorant" You act as if everyone has to see someone who is at rank 1 or the people in the top 10 ranks as "a great player". He's a great player because he can play extremely consistent hours & is a very efficient player. I'm not denying he used spins, he used alts and abused methods that are borderline breaking the rules, but still doesn't change the fact he's still a great player, in my opinion, not better than someone like drowns, zarfot, etc, but still good. I've seen the video, it explains a lot, you don't have to agree about it but you don't have to be rude & offensive towards him and not even thinking about anything regarding him and how competition works, So playing consistent hours and buying/using tons of spins, multiple alts, and abusing methods make him above "the competition" and makes him a very efficient player? The so called "competition" didn't even come close to buying or thinking of wasting money and time by cheating their way to the top. maybe some day you'll realize that he wouldn't even be the discussion of this thread if he never bought all those spins and participated in those keys. He would still be a no-namer, no body would give a damn about him if he had never bought all that crap. You should look into the difference of what being efficient by playing the game/skilling and "being efficient" by participating in in-game purchases is. Guess so. pls continue forsberg still best player of all time no doubt about it edit: i never said spins, alts, abusing methods makes him a great player, learn to read

  5. He's almost 18, and who the hell is going to spend IRL money on spins, also, who the [bleep] gives a shit about his voice? jesus christ this thread is turning to cancer edit: since im going to be called a forsberg fanboy, im not a 'fanboy' of forsberg i just think you guys are being extremely ignorant about this & not even caring enough to think about it, forsberg is a great player and the other players in the top 10 are too, like seriously A video was posted about him, so its being discussed. Ikr? All that money, and it only saved him about 3-4 weeks, rofl. As if he had anything better to do for those 3-4 weeks besides being on rs. you're still being ignorant about it why do I even read this thread It's a race to 200m all, if forsberg wasn't going to do it, someone else would and you don't win being inefficient and sticking to obsolete methods. I still blame jagex, also, why is forsberg the only person we pick on? There's a lot of other people who do the same as him and to a much worse extent, forsberg is nothing compared to them.

  7. It's a race to 200m all, anyone that high up in the ranks would and is doing it.You'd do it too, jagex shouldn't be releasing all this free exp bul[bleep]shitass in our faces in general. How many hours of sc/spins did Jake do. Too bad host fors is probably going to keep rcing on 07 so he can get enough cash to spin to 200m invention. Yeah that's a good competition... Who can spin for 20-22 hr days to 200m invention first. Its not fair when the actual rank 1 who could outplay these guys can't compete because of spins lol ignorance sure is bliss

  9. Only 400 hours saved, cool Seems like he avged 233k xp/hr for almost 23k hours :o + his 2007 acc is pretty nice lol, rank 8 rc Interesting :o I thought he would have more gp than that and bought more keys + played more than 18 hours a day by the way his gains looked. Respect to him regardless of the way he got his money. He's a really nice guy too. It does cost more, hes a liar. Why would he lie and then go onto admit he uses alts for wbs, 07 etc? I don't think he has any reason to lie, if you look at his gains it doesn't show like he would have, anyway. http://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/1lj0yc/what_are_some_of_your_unethical_lifehacks_nsfw/cbzqiva?context=3 Yes, I know it's possibly something like that but I doubt it, 400 hours saved is still a lot and I don't think he would have lied about that, but if so I don't really care because anyone else would have done it too compare suomi to forsberg888 lets see, suomi had to do mining. forsberg didnt, suomi didnt have bonus xp for woodcutting or fishing, forsberg did, suomi had to do agility at barb advanced, forsberg didnt, Forsberg got to do slayer at about double what suomi got. Neither had to make any money using any large amount of effort. Yup, Forsberg only saved 400 hours by doing the stuff he did. silverhawks saved over 1500 hours alone, sc abuse saved 300+ hours. warbands saved 600 hours. refer a friend+avas saved another 1000+ hours. and the 400 hours saved for spinning. No clue how much was saved from 07 because idk how he would have made his gp without it. I wont include the slayer because obviously slayer rates being nearly doubled isnt his fault but the 400 hour number is way off. You have the choice to avoid these overpowered methods and obviously he chose not to, now hes just lying about it trying to make himself seem good. Drumgun is the best runescape player to ever play. Forsberg will be last place next to geel and itrolledu for anyone to get 200m all. Who knows if itrolledu will even get 200m all anyway. probably not. I said that, if you had watched the video you would've known. + Why are you comparing him to suomi? No one here is saying fors > suomi ... Not forsbergs fault anyway that jagex keeps shoving all of this bonus experience bullshit in our faces

  12. OMG ^ Could anyone check hours till 200m for me. Nick; 0men_wolf with a zero http://xpw-beta.com/tools/hiscores/?name=0men+wolf 8,694 This is the part where I wish I could even buy 1 bond. R.I.PPrismania but exclusive to divination yo
  13. Broad arrows are like 600k/hour or something without bonuses
  14. I DIDNT SEE IT, god dammit But, that prayer method of the 5m/h thingy is OP
  15. I don't think it is going to change anything but ok lol E: Also, I think it was just 99 because that was the max level possible
  16. I think a lot of RS players are old enough to make their own decisions.
  17. Please don't take what I'm saying as an insult. But weren't you the guy with social anxiety so severe that you couldn't handle a job as a baggage boy at a market? Do you honestly think that playing runescape is helping your anxieties or part of why its so bad to begin with? Maybe its just me but I think your using runescape as a coping mechanism instead of trying to fix your real life problems. But hey #frontpagehype though right Yeah that's me. Not sure how you knew about that but yes a huge reason I play runescape is to escape from real life which I just cannot face. I have no idea where I'd be if I didn't find runescape but I'm glad I found it because I don't think things would have turned out any better otherwise. If you want me to go into more detail give me a pm. Don't want to post too much here. He probably knew because there's a lot of it in the earlier posts of this thread. Also, what's wrong with Jagex encouraging people to play their game?
  18. If you get 200ms, you can't play moderately, learn it.
  19. Discussing spins isn't off-topic, but considering how all those discussions turn into a flamewar and targetting players, yeah we'd rather not. E: Also, this psychologist stuff is actually pretty interesting No ones forcing you to read. Also, riplclanleoleol /s
  20. Unless there's soomeone who is both fast and steady
  21. Suomi, Drumgun, Forsberg, et al sacrificed their lives to gain xp so I'm not sure where these top 200m all contenders with balanced lives you speak of are. Last time I checked, it takes at least 20,000 hours to get 200M all without spins (over 30k for Suomi IIRC). Care to explain how one can remain a top contender for that achievement while playing in moderation? Be specific with your hours logged. If your point was that anyone can get 99 all skills in moderation these days, then yes I would probably agree with you, especially if they were buying spins. But 200m all skills? No way, Jose. How can you be this stupid? Do you have anything aside from meaningless ad hominems? Your assertion is completely delusional - the math and empirical evidence is completely against you. It is not possible to get the sort of experience gains that top players do within the timespan that they do by just playing in moderation. It is simply not possible no matter how much you want to believe otherwise. That's not an insult or indictment of top players, it's just a fact. Yes, to get top rank you'd have to sacrifice some aspects of your life, but I'm arguing against something you implied, that gaining exp requires it. You can play like 12 hours a day and don't have to sacrifice anything, so 200m all doesn't require sacrificing anything major, besides, in a year from now it will be 5k hours so it won't matter. I didn't say gaining experience requires it. I said gaining experience at the rate that top players do it and within the timespan they gain it in does. There's a different between those two statements and it's not subtle. Also, 12 hours is not 'moderate' gameplay even by generous definitions. That's more time than a full-time job, and half your day. It's completely astounding that you think people who sit at a computer (aside from say the well documented medical issues, such as say back problems, eye-sight, etc.) aren't sacrificing anything. They are sacrificing their health and a myriad of other things. You can argue that's their choice and that they have the right to do this, but it's completely unscientific, and not to mention pretty much contradicted by health sciences (physical and psychological), to claim that they aren't sacrificing anything. Again, it's not an insult, it's an observation. They have obviously chosen to do certain things, but it's obvious that they had to give up other things to do so. Even half that time, say 6 hours a day daily on a game is barely moderate. By historical standards or even contemporary standards (depending on what place you look at it), spending 12+ hours on a purely non-productive, purely leisurely, and mostly non-educational activity is not moderate. yep
