I'm not sure where the original photo came from because its been on my pc for a while but basically i added the blood and weapon in this one aswell as the rose, took out her eye and did some lighting, and the scruffy writing on the floor. Well had a day off school today so i just whipped this up in half an hour or so Most of it was contrast, levels and whatnot, bit of bordering and stuff. Did the blood using multiply and bevelle & emboss. Any Comments/CC/hate mail will be graciously recieved :) and yes, strife is me :) edit : says 2004 cos i'm an idiot and typed the wrong thing in :cry:

Lol nice one merc. My old favourite was the one (think it was made by someone here?) where theres a red x and then a kitten comes over the top of it and eats it :)

arrgh that advert is sooo annoying.

First impression, not really sure about the name, sounds cheesy :P The main strong point of this is the landscape, the texture and detail are reall nice, and it's lovely and jagged. However, the sky really needs to be more birmstone/stormclouds instead of just red coloured clouds. The landscape could also use more features, maybe like decrepid trees, lava pools...though it could be out of your skill range :wink: no offense Overall it's good work, but more of a WIP. Just needs more features!

Yeah it's on RGB. I dunno if the staff'll mind if i just say i ran pirate software, i dont condone getting it or using it but i just thought it might be relevant to my problems. Feel free to edit, moderators :)

Ok, flame me all you like but my friend gave me a pirate copy of a game because he wanted to see if it worked on my OS (i'm on xp he's on 98) I ran it and it messed up my colours pretty bad, mostly because it tried to access the internet in fullscreen and ZoneAlarm stopped it and it froze. The colours came out all bright and it didn't go when i restarted, but i got rid of it somehow (can't quite remember how) All of my colours are fine again, except for in photoshop - everything seems to look more dull than they were before running the pirate software, and now i'm stuck making dull sigs :( Can anyone help?

I've basically just been brushing and brushing and this is what i came up with so far, not sure what to add next but i dont think its that bad for a first try at brushing. Comments and *SUGGESTIONS* are appreciated :)

Tonight, i was very drunk. It's worn off now (hangover on the way :(), but i almost feel...reborn :shock: So tomorrow's gonna be a really busy day. I got my life to sort out. And seeing as it's only 2:15am (bed soon methinks) i made a sig. "There's no danger here, you can breathe, in clear blue water" Lyrics from a song. Probably one of my most favourite ever, but besides that, when i heard it tonight it kind of gave me a feeling of reinvigoration...started to get images of a long beach...palm trees...crystal waters...the taste of salty air in your mouth. So here it is.

it's kinda like a sun...i'd put some rays coming off of it, use a lot of blurring and overlaying etc, get it looking a little "hazy." oh yeah, add some stars and stuff :wink:

there's also one called HOOGE which is good for sizes under 10px
