BG Preview for Neo.. -Zim.

Ty. Swifty I kind of blended two. Like I've got this guy at a shrine (Greek style) on a cliff, kneeling to a statue. Then you can see through the left side. There's like a bunch of birds and I'm not sure if I'm going to do a orange-purple-red sunset.. or a regular blue sky. :wink: -Zim. Update.

Great job. Only thing I can pick out is maybe the highlights are a bit .. too much. Tone it down a bit. :) Again, overall it's a great job. -Zim

Still just the line-art. Busy with Neo's (He asked a LONG time ago for one, so I'm kind of giving him top priority atm :lol: ) The line-art is good and it's got a nice action sequence. 8) More progress with squall.. -Zim.

I'm not really a fan of the sigs. If I wanted a sig made by the Brush\Pencil tool used more like a real Brush\Pencil, I'd look at The Jep's. Better anatomy, better emotion, better detail, more original. It just goes to show you the so-so and the great of brushing. You can do so much more.. Overall I really don't like those sigs, but that's MO. :roll: -Zim.

Even I agree... Pixel art is something I've enjoyed doing for a long time now, and ever since this fad... it's just.. lackluster.. :? . Although I'm ready for the fad to end, I don't want it to go back to abstract-BG-with-fancy-text-and -flashing-animations again ( Go Jep!).. People need to be a little mor creative instead of hopping on every bandwagon that comes around. :wink: And.. yes.. I think it was me with my pixel gods sig, and Lan's personal landscapes that brought the fad upon us. :lol: Originality! Innovation! Concepts! NEW STUFF PLEASE! -Zim!

Well, I can create your character in a wildy area, but I won't copy the same style as Lan. That's his style. I might come up with a similar character anatomy, but the sig will be quite different. :? Maybe your character battling 3 or so animated axes would be neat? -Zim.

Jep has been around a bit longer than you, and you should take his advice as well as anyone else's into consideration. Period. Dominic, I'd be nicer to you, seeing that you're new to sigmaking.. however, your atitude + ego make me want to tell you like it is. Your avatars\sigs have: 1: Bad color combonations. 2: Bad detailwork. 3: Nothing to them except filters and text. 4: Bad quality. 5: They are not complex, not hard, and not well done. -Zim.
