Really, if you don't run around handing out your password to any yahoo that can ask for it and downloading anything and everything, you have absolutely nothing to fear. Furthermore it certainly would be possible for a sufficiently advanced keylogger or a keylogger written specifically for this purpose to figure out which numbers you're using. That's so horribly unbalancing it's not even funny, especially with that rune cost- 1k is not a prohibitive cost for such a useful spell. To have any semblance of balance you'd need to make it use 40 laws at the very least. And that would still play merry heck with runecrafting, as the guy above me pointed out, not to mention nearly every other skill.
