  1. nooby suggestion but, is your firewall preventing Java from being operational? ie) is it allowed?
  2. i remember using a program called Swish google that and see what you get?
  3. tried pausing the video do print screen it? or do i assume you do this anyway?
  4. I can't reccomend you on an external harddrive that plays mp3's but i can point out that the [extension not allowed] format is a good useable format and will suit as the format for all your music, converting them all will be a nuisence, unless you have an iPod, where the AAC/Mpeg-4 format will be handy. you specifically scan your music folder with antivirus software before putting the files on the external harddrive obviously. best of luck PS the larger alternative to this is put the songs on a DVD. :?
  5. A Beta is avaliable on the official Windows website beware it is a Beta, and Microsofr have a reputation for not getting things right the first time. drivers for a lot of different softwares arent avaliable yet, but if you really want it, get it from there this new OS could overwrite your XP etc, so have a backup, or a spare harddrive you can put it on, OR split your harddrive in two, some free software can do this.
  6. Google Picasa link here: http://picasa.google.com/ this is exactly the thing you're looking for, im sure of it.
  7. I dont know about random sig generators, i would google it as for re-sizing without changing type, my Photoshop CS2 would do that no problem, and im sure image editing software Irfanview would do too.
  8. If you have to use MS Word, use word art and text boxes for the text for me, it is a matter of trial and error in terms of getting text and images in the right place when they are folded into the pamphlet shape. print one off then adjust to how its needed.
  9. Make sure your firewall allows MSN to connect to the internet, find some settings for it and see if you can bring up a list of programs and it might say whether it lets it use the internet or not. I would reinstall MSN if you cant do anything along those lines. Your internet works for Explorer, or hopefully you use Firefox, but you can't access WoW or MSN, i think its a firewall problem whereby it isnt letting the programs have the internet. Thats as far as I go, very odd though. Best of luck.
  10. i use a program called C-CLeaner, and another called Spybot search and destroy, you can download them both free if you google them
  11. banned for begging for cookies
  12. high level only worlds would be freaky worlds can only be so called ""official"" from what the majority of players go with, it comes by chance. No-one says "this world is for that" It just starts and it catches on. Incredible, the way it works

  15. 2 x 1gb is better than 4 x 512mb because it takes up less slots!! space saver! on the topic, only get 2gb of RAM if you have to, otherwise, bit of a waste.
