heres another good way if u r really busy willows :D takes 5 min to pick/replant and if u have done rfd easy access to apples 5 min before school 5 min at lunch time 5 min at 5:00 pm 5 min before u go to sleep each willow gets u 2.5k exp thats about 10k exp a round and 40k exp a day

That's not true at all. If it's an [Caution: ExecutableFile], it does not mean it has to be a virus. It's just a simple form that most amatuer hackers tend to use. Keyloggers and trojans can be embedded in other forms of files. I don't know if they can be embedded in excel files, but I'm just saying that just because it's not a [Caution: ExecutableFile], doesn't mean it's 100% safe. Anyways, cool calculator/log thing.
