Not a very complex idea... it just crossed my mind. What if the requirements for Earth runes were switched to Body runes for Bind, Snare, and Entangle? Body runes aren't used that often, and most people complain that they have an excess of them in their banks, forum stores, etc., so it seems to me that this simple switch would be beneficial. Also, since many people don't use them, it would boost the in-game economy, because mage pkers would be needing body runes more. Besides, a large number of spells require Earths, so it's not like the change will affect the price of Earth runes very much. As they deal with the person's character, it also seems more fitting. Comments? Just an idea... :)

First off, I'm sorry if this post doesn't belong here. Not quite sure where to put it. Anyways, my problem is this: every (every!) time I log into these forums, it takes me automatically to the Profile page. Is this some sort of new thing that happens to everyone? A glitch on my side? And is there some sort of way to fix it, so it takes me to the forum list, rather than the Profile Page? Ty!

People can always visit the HS's, and then use Tip.It's Combat Calculator... so, I don't think it'd make luring any more dangerous.

They do this in other games, not this one. That would involve creating some sort of zoomed in angle, which would lag up the game sooo much...

If you're going to keep your defense at 1, I suggest you get Green dragonhide chaps and vambraces. Though, you have to have 40 ranged to use them. Also, Green dragonhide body can only be used if you have 40 defense, too, so I suggest: - Coif - Leather body - Green dragonhide chaps - Green dragonhide vambraces Other than that, I don't know much about rangers... so I can't help you with stats, soz.

"Sea Shanty 2" for when I'm doing something thrilling. "Waterfall" for when I'm being lazy RCing or something.

When I did the quest, I'm pretty sure my Def was below 40. I finished 'er off using Melee, and that was pretty easy. Rune isn't really a requirement; I only had addy full on (plus anti-shield... you must have it...) with, er, an addy b-axe I think. And she only took a minute or so. Swordies or lobbies... or stew. Well, if you go with Supply and Demand, if more and more people are smithing full rune, thus putting more into circulation, the price should be increasing. There's nothing wrong with a fluid economy though. And most people only buy full rune once... so it shouldn't be that big of a deal to most :/

Waterfall Quest... and I've finished it. I suppose I'll drop the stone, since I'm not sure which of the amulets is the one I need... anyways, it did help :)

My membership ended over a year ago, and slowly since that time, I have been purging my bank of my members items. Still, now that I'm F2P, I'm out of bank space. What little F2P items I have banked, I don't want to get rid of. I was wondering if anyone could offer advice as to which of the following items I should get rid of, or which of the following I should keep. The items that I have numbered, I no longer know the names of (they are mostly books) So, if you are advising me to get rid of one of them, please say, "Drop #5," instead of listing the name :D Oh, also, I know that one of the number six's is some sort of Gnome amulet or... Goblin amulet that I got from one of the member quests. Since they are exactly alike in appearence, perhaps you could just tell me what the other amulet is? Also... I've made note of my Ogre/Composite bows... I'm just wondering which is better, which I should keep/discard, or if I should keep on to both of them altogether. *sigh* Also, if you'd be so kind, I'd appreciate it if you could NAME the numbered items, if at all possible. Therein lies the challenge of fishing. Adding a closer bank would make it too easy.

They never really refresh an entire world at once, I don't think...I'm sure that would cause chaotic lag... But shops refresh every once in a while...

I'm pretty sure that you can contact Jagex ONLY through their website. If you're trying to send an email using, say, Yahoo! or Google Mail, that's probably why it's being returned as an error. Try contacting them through the RuneScape website again?

Also, the asterisk is used in the filtering system. In order to block the asterisk, they'd probably have to re-work the filter...and we all know how annoying it is already. I think, rather than trying to do something in the game, Jagex needs to work more on creating awareness of scams outside of the game. But that's just what I think. (Good idea though.)

Ah! Yes.

It's East (North-East, really) of Varrock. But I believe you have to do a quest in order to reach it... ...I don't remember which quest, because I haven't been a member in over a year...so my memory fails me.
