Ares- "Me up here!" He shouts back.

Grim- You wander around, but don't detect any change in the Crystals power.

Igos- Only where Grim is... The Guards still seem to be present, and the animals are still caged up outside, as are the humans.

Ares- "Get Help!"

Grim- You sense a very tiny spark of life magic in the crystal.

Ares- He seems fairly put off by the idea, panicking alot

Grim- Apart from creating a vaguely romantic atmosphere by the arrangement of the lights there appears to be nothing special about this place.

Ares pulls the cord and it breaks at the top of the cliff edge, spiraling down as a frayed end.

Grim- You wander about a bit, the area looks normal...the sort of place you would pass by without really taking any notice if you didn't know there was something here.

Grim- You appear to be inside the wooded area, there doesn't seem to be anything much different between this area and any of the other areas near abouts. You don't get anything on Geoscan.

Ares- Pulls the cord, which gives somewhat.

Grim- The Crystal still seems dull. The instructions don't seem to offer any extra clues.

Igos- You are not skilled enough to smelt pieces of iron that small.

Ares- (Well its not a 20...and otherwise you can't.) You make another small inroad, but nothing substantive, as the rock moves it crushes a lower down one and the whole structure of rocks crunches down a bit further.

Grim- You continue to wander about, having followed the instructions to the letter, but not found the life alter.

Igos- (Not much I can say...) Igos starts work on the mechanical device. What are you making it out of?

Grim (not many now...) The monks eye you strangely considering it is dark. They continue on their merry way, chanting about something or another. As you continue to wander around the woods you have the distinct feeling you have got lost.
