Set your refresh rate as high as your monitor suports, it`s said that 75Hz it`s enough (unless it`s a LCD, where 60HZ it`s enough), but i for one have a sony trinitron 17" and use a resolution of 1024x768 and a refresh rate of 100Hz. Remember, the higher the refresh rate, the better for your eyes.

The figure at the bottom of the picture, you`ve used a mirror effect or something and the shadows aren`t where they should be.

yes zonda, nvidia makes a firewall, it`s a hardware firewall suported by the nforce4 chipset. Here`s a pic

I have Windows Xp SP2, Norton Antivirus 2005 and Nvidia Firewall. My problem is that i cant update my virus definitions unless i disable the firewall. Can someone tell me how can i configure the firewall to update the virus definitions without disabling the firewall ? Or at least what ports and protocols uses NAV to acces the internet ?

Try using Windows XP x64 edition, version 2003 with Service Pack 1. I`m using this with no problems from sun java.

i have win x64 on my computer (athlon64 3000+, 1gb ram),and the Sun Java works well... can`t see what`s wrong with yours...
