I would suggest looking up guides on Nex before you slayer her, but no I do not use a melee weapon, I use diamond bolts and rigiour which hits well on her in all stages and including her mages/minions. If you want a single dungeoneering item to help with Nex, definitely go with the Chaotic Crossbow, it is by far the most helpful. That being said, Dragon claws make a great spec weapon on her, and I've been with a few players who used Chaotic maul for her blood stage with positive effect. Keep in mind Armadyl armour gives a negative melee att bonus, so most opted to use Karils and Dragon boots (str bonus and defence) when they used a melee weapon. Void works too, you can switch void helms when you claw her.

So I'm looking for a team to slay Nex with, constantly. I am very experienced at killing Nex, with around 200 Nex kills under my belt. I have done everything from 4man teams to 20man teams, and have reached 9 kills with a 9man team. I'm very instructive and helpful and do not mind showing new players how to do Nex. My gear setup is: Full Armadyl + helm Chaotic Cross bow + Diamond bolts Mercenary gloves Eagle Eye shield Ranger boots Onyx Ring (i) Fury Dark Bow for spec Coming to an astounding + 229 range attack bonus. And of course, I have overloads and yak, with 99 range/pray/def/hp. I use the rigiour prayer. I currently get teams off of forums, but there's only a handful of players (especially late at night) and it can become a huge time waster finding a full team each trip. I would love to find 7-8 other players, and just do constant run after run after run over and over again, no more waiting for teams. Just Nex run, get kc, nex run, get kc, etc. If your clan does Nex runs, and you wouldn't mind having an "honorary" Nex slayer join up, lmk :) I also make a mean teammate for Armadyl gwd, and of course I can pk hellanice with my maxed tank setup. But for now I'm mainly targeting Nex. I'm not looking for a short term thing, although I'll accept that too. I can see the profit potential for Nex, and plan to do her for weeks and weeks to come. I did the same with Armadyl gwd (over 15m range xp from Armadyl alone), except the profit margin for Nex is so much bigger.

I kept waiting for you to write more parts lol, they were fun to read :D Some people say Roleplaying is like storytelling, where the characters are both the actors and the audiance. In most Roleplaying games (such as D&D and Runescape) you're character gets experiance the more (s)he plays, making them stronger and smarter. The Genre for Roleplaying now days usualy just means "A game that is based on upgrading your character instead of actualy 'roleplaying'" which is not what the real meaning of Roleplaying is :(

Hey Noon :wink: The only requirments for Roleplaying are to have a vivid imagination, and the ability to follow a set of rules. Roleplayers usualy create characters, such as a brave knight, cunning princess, or evil conquestor (or many others) and act out that role. They would pretend or "Make Belive" that they are that person, in the enviroment that the game is set in. For example: I would make a Brave knight and noonshade would make a sourceress, and Sol would make an archer. We would each describe our characters and give them personalitys, and act out our characters to the limits. We would then go on a make belive quest to kill a demon or find some treasure. We act out (like I said) our characters to the limits. If the character were evil, he would do everything evil even if the player in real life is a good guy and hates how mean his characater is. Some call it childish and think it's silly, but I for one find it fun to go on such an adventure even if it is "only make belive" :notalk: I hope that helps you understand, just ask again if you have any other questions :)

Hello Lady, thanks for the support but I don't think we'd have anybody else join, I think it'd be a 3 or ever 4 person clan lol - sadly most players in RS just want to lvl and get gold it looks like :cry: Maybe if more people said they would join we could make a working one...

err, I don't even know what ncs is lol. When I was on rs forums in the role playing section they had several games where we would all dress up as white knights and defend a castle in wildy from black knights, or where we got staffs and went exploring wildy (needles to say we got slaughtered but it was fun) I'm searching for a clan that specializes in that type of events. But I've been searching and haven't found one so ah well I'll just join a regular old clan lol
