No. The way I've done it is when i train at Fleshies in f2p (non hot-zone) my EP still went up every half hour, it just went up less. In a hotzone it typically raises 25%, but at Fleshies (non hot-zone) it was going up just 10%.

prolly not ice... unless you pot to blitz. but yeah. most people can almost ko/ actually ko without the spell, so it's just added damage. and blitz, its' delayed damage makes it so 5 numbers hit at once.

actually, i realized theres a spot where u can mage him and he tries to back away from u, so in other words...the skeletons on crandor did more damage to me than Elvarg did :thumbsup:
