All I did was Clouds > Difference Clouds (5 times on black/white, 2 times on black/red) > Brightness/Contrast > Hue/Saturation > Duplicate Layer > Horizontal Flip > Blending Mode to Lighten > Nudge to where it looked cool.

No need to bump yet. I like it. - 8/10 Was it hard to come up with that many different smilies? Wow, I am posting a lot. Ya, it really was. I just thought of cool ones I have seen and made depictions of them.

I will take a smiley from it and put it in it's own sig and put a defintion of the "mood" or person and your name in it. Free :D

I dunno, I saw Nadril's and Demoris's (SP, I think). I thought it was cool so I made one. Its a fad. It will be over soon.
