It wouldn't destroy it, it would even the economy out A LOT. I mean, it really isn't fair that a select few who have been playing for x amount of years can instantly make 26 Mil while making that much takes others weeks to acquire. For example: I have level 60 wood cutting, level 66 fishing, level 59 mining, and about level 50 smithing. But I'm not at all rich. I am also combat level 72 (Which really doesn't affect my wealth, but it does stereotype me as being rich).

Hmm... well, I can see potential problems with it; but when thought of it, I wasn't thinking about it being to formal. I was thinking you would just have a certificate (A marriage certificate; no, not in any way related to certs in RSC) that would say who you are married too. Ah, another idea: Just for kicks, maybe the men could get Tux's and the women wedding dresses when they get married (Like they would get to keep them). As I said, there would really be no point besides it being for fun, and it would also make a lovely addition to POH's.

I searched this and have never found anything like this before, so as crazy as it sounds, I'm gonna say it. I think they should have marriage in RuneScape. Now, stay with me on this one before you hit "Return to Index" Ok so you would choose who you want to marry, and then go to a specified church (There would be a few, like one in Varrock, one in Fally, Etc. and all other big cities) and you and your partner would basically just have a little marriage ceremony. I think they could add a special area in the friends list that tells who you are married to and that person's name would be in like bright red (or something besides green) that would stand out from the other friends (in green). I suppose this would also be a very nice addition to POH's (If they ever come) and maybe you could even have a shared bank account or something. I haven't thought this through too much, and there really would be no point besides it being really fun. Anyway, anyone have an opinion on this? Oh P.S. Something I just thought of though that could create a controversy is would they allow homosexual marriage seeing as many people have their own opinions on the matter. Now, I really don't want to start a debate on what's "right or wrong" because this really isn't the place for it, but my guess is if they did implement this, they wouldn't allow homosexual marriage seeing as in medieval times, homosexuality probably didn't really exist yet. Anywho, I want to hear people's opinions on this idea. It could be huge!

Its a good idea, but if they went all the way to like 5gp, every noob would have one and then it wouldn't be fun anymore. The fun part about P Hats and Santa's are that not that many people have them. I think they should keep them at a high price, just not something ridiculous like 26Mil. Something along the lines of 2-5Mil would be much better.

He said the other guy was his friend, so I doubt his friend cares if he reposts it. I think it's a good idea and great job on the pics. They look exactly like something Jagex would make. The only things I would change are: You get 2 tickets when you win (Like Castlewars) and, maybe, have it be free to fight so the lower lebel's could fight. The only thing is, if Jagex made this, the Al Kharid duel arena would become almost desolate. Of course, people would rather have the gladiator-esque fighting style and be able to win stuff. I think if they implemented this, they would probably remove the duel arena or they would have to do something big to it so it wouldn't just be a wasteland. An Al Kharid duel arena quest perhaps?

After re-reading my post and reading the new ones, I now see where your coming from on this one. I don't mean to say my opinion alone has any pull, but you have my vote. :D

Great... so those people can have even more money??? A level 99 miner/smither can already make full rune, and then sell it for 200k. Thats means they could make 3 or 4 full sets of Rune with a full inventory of Runite bars. Thats like 600k-800k per inventory. I understand that eventually everyone else would be able to make new stuff too, but I think it would be an even greater gap bewteen the already enormous one bewteen the rich and poor. I'm level 71 and I only have 50k :cry: Not to completly contradict what I just said, but I can only think of one update for mining/smithing that's needed: Making dragon weapons/armour. Of course, you would have to have like level 120 smithing before you could even make dragon bars. The only problem is that being able to make Dragon weapons would severly decrease their value. This would be good for the poorer people, but it would really hurt the merchants.

I guess it makes sense.... sort of. I guess it just pisses me off that I spent my hard-earned 100k and I can't beat the cabbage out of my f2p friends with it. I do agree with maximus' point that we should be able to wield on and off. Even if it still is just marked as "member's object", I want to at least be able to show off my D long :D

Ok this may sound crazy... but I think we should be allowed to use our D weapons, Whips, Etc. in F2P. I mean, I understand why they have it listed as "Member Object" in F2P so it's not unfair to the freebies, but, we do pay $5 a month. I know many F2P are going to want to kick my [wagon] after reading this, but it just isn't fair that when I go into F2P my friends (F2P's) can't have a fair fight with me because they all have Rune baxe's and I'm kicking them. Maybe this is really more of a rant, but I just thought it was worth saying that paying $5 a month should get us special privileges, in P2P or F2P.

The music doesn't work with FireFox, nor does it work with Safari (On Macintosh). I'm lvl 70 and I've NEVER heard the RuneScape music. I have most of the list completed. But, I love my mac anyway :D

I think its an OK idea... but its not really needed. If you don't want to lose your party hat, DONT BRING IT! Usually what I do is I bring my rune plate, my rune legs, and a weapon with no shield (my preference is my rune baxe). Then I also bring whatever pots or food I want. Then, if i die, I keep my rune armour and weapon and just lose food. Obviously, don't bring your full or med helm too. While it may look cool to kill a lvl 70 with a santa hat on, do you really have to have it? I've never had a party hat or santa hat or anything so I'm not positive, but they don't give you any bonus do they? I know halloween masks give a big def bonus...
