lol. ive tried to fix the cape but the hair is in thw way of where i fastened it. theres like little brass clips if u look close enoug and i moved in a bit

ive tried to fix most things. what exactly did u mean godslayer? and yea he does look like a rune tin man. im not so good at line art and i changed it a whole lot while i was shading it and i still couldnt get the right leg look right :S thanx for all the prais ppl :D

thanx. i added the hair last and it has coverd the bit of the cape that was attatched to the sholders. i edited the colour of the whip but i made the HUGE mistake of saving the writing on the good copy of the image so it will take a bit of work to fix it up :oops: i cant5 do any now cause im goin out so lol. ill do it later

(edited the whip) this is my 5 pixel ive done. it took me like 2 days to finish and i wouls like to know som area's for improvement please give me some c/c and a rank

it looks great. i dont really like the white fleks in the middle of it but i would give it a 7/10

lol nvm stupid topic. i found a way. i colour it all in flat and then draw a white line where i want the brightest colour to be. Then i start on one side of it and shade up to it then shade down the other side. works pritty well but i go over it again after for more detail

im trying to make a pixel of a person kneeling with a abby whip in one hand and a drag sheild on the other and the shading is HARD. im ok with individual items like the things in my sig but this is harder. any tips on it?

i make it from scratch in the program... but i suck so :P

this is a combination of my 2nd, 3rd and 4th pixel attempts. any c/c on them would be great also try guess what order i drew them(you may or maynot get a prize) btw i know theres no background but im working my up to backgrounds TAC you will get a prize if: You own a 200" plasma TV, you are related to john howard or have pashed Rove or you you just wont get 1 ;P

i have sewed my finger with a sewing machine that wasnt powered and the needle snaped of in my finger so i needed minor surgery to get it out

ok my first animated gif. i made the frames on MS paint and them ran them in artful gif animator

well im a novice really at pixel but what ive found is that paint shop and photo shop are to hard to use for pixel. MS paint is crap so you have to get a program like GraphicsGale. theres probably better programs but this one has worked pritty well for me so far. with the shading you start with a base colour and using a RGB slider u graduly change the shade acording to what way you want to shade it and where the light point is.

thanx, im making a new one and it looks better but im still not going to try to do a background yet. jus trieng to get the shading to look realistic but i cant get the right colours with the HSL slider or RBG so i still need practice with them.

well im no where near an experton pixel art but i can see your style and it looks cool. you need the shading more detailed too 4/10 but its alot better

yay done :) even i see bad bits about it but seeing as i cant see how to fix it without restarting im showing it to you as it is so yea, and c/c would be appreciated. oh and dont coment on the background... or lack there of :P

well, i went looking on google for a program to do it in and found "graphicsGale" so far so good. im making a avatar sived drag med and for my first try its looking good :D

im trying to make my first pixel image and i have the outline of the main image and im trying to shade it. i cant get it write! lol its hard to explain so basicly everything is going wrong. i cant get the write colours and i cant get it to look shaded so theres one point of light. can someone give me and tips on this?
