I have been fighting steel dragons since 2007 (no exaggeration) and they have never dropped Draconic visage, not once. So are you sure they drop it?

I hate bumping up this thread, but the solution Arceus brought up only helps turning this thing off before I log out, it doesn't help stopping this in general. Every time I log back in this annoying arrow keeps coming back to the map. Is there any way to turn this guidance arrow off for good?

Basically when I was in Varrock I accidentally clicked something at a divination place or something like that. And ever since then this annoying objective icon appeared. I want to turn it off as soon as possible, but I don't know how I can turn that off. Can someone help me? I don't wanna go there. I have no interest in going there.

I'd rather use the Tip.it website as I've been a huge fan for years, but since it's not being updated anymore I have no choice but to use the RuneScape wiki. The thing is I don't trust a wiki, because a wiki can literally be edited by anyone. And because of that misinformation can be found. Both deliberate misinformation and mistakes. I know there are admins that try to prevent misinformation on the site, but a lot of misinformation can STILL be easily overlooked. I don't trust a wiki when looking for reliable information. I only trust websites that are either official or made by an expert on the game, movie or whatever. But I guess I have no choice. Rest in peace, Tip.It, it was good while it lasted.

I went to the main site, and there has been no update for almost a year now. In fact the last update I can see on the site is in July 2017, which is about a year ago.

A long time ago when I fought steel dragons they used to drop rune 2h swords. I usually got it every 500 kills. But I have killed 2,000 of them, and haven't gotten a rune 2h sword, So my question is have they stopped dropping them? It sure seems like it to me.

When I kill monsters I pick up everything they drop, except the charms. I don't care about these things as I don't wanna train summoning as it's nothing more than a money drainer. So is it possible to modify it to make sure I pick up everything except the charms? Thank you.

So I noticed that you can duel people everywhere now which leads me to believe the duelling area is useless now. Am I right or am I wrong?

Alright I decided to re-open this blog. However I will only make a post if something very interesting happens. Yes, I'm still aiming to kill 15K steel dragons, I have a long way to go since I only play RuneScape now while previewing my videos. I have killed 3190 at the moment, so I have a long way to go. So it's good to re-open this blog. But again, mind you I will only post here rarely.

By that do you mean I should start scanning before I even go towards the gate near the outpost? Alright I tried doing that and it worked. Also apparently I didn't go everywhere in the elven lands, there is one place besides Priff I forgot thanks for the help.

So basically I got an elite scroll that told me that the scroll will work in the elven lands. The thing is I went everywhere in the elven lands, except for Priddinas, so that's the only place left where I should go. But the thing is I haven't finished the quests required to head there. Now I could drop the scroll and move on with my plans on killing steel dragons, or I could finish the quests. Obviously I would use walkthroughs as I have no time to figure everything out for myself. I looked up how much it heals and apparently it heals more than sharks do. My question is, is it worth it to save it in my bank until I have eaten my other food or should I get rid of it? I'm not sure if it will last forever that's why I'm asking.

Alright let me clarify. I wasn't talking about an official RuneScape Discord server by Jagex, I was referring to a Discord server in general. This place is mostly empty, so I wanna see discussions on RuneScape that are still active, that's why I asked if there is a discord server.

Alright, I have constantly be getting this message on my RuneScape client telling me I need to update the drivers. But the thing is I have downloaded the thing the link led me to many times before. And it doesn't matter if I restart my computer, the client will still say that the drivers are outdated. Is there any way to fix this? The thing is this is sadly probably true since RuneScape does load more slowly than it should.

What are you talking about? There are a lot of stories in RuneScape. The majority of the quests in RuneScape are story-driven. There are also many series of quests that all share the same story.

Yeah you're right. I'd rather have a somewhat good RuneScape live-action movie than a bad one. Most video game movies are bad. But I still would like to see the world of Gielnor being brought into live-action.

There isn't anything to be done really. It's not like tip.it forums are dying and nothing else is. Forums are a dying breed full stop. Every fan site, every game, every forum out there is in a similar situation as the world is moving on. The forum as a concept has had its glory day and now social media and reddit are taking the fore. There's no point trying to cling on to it and force it to carry on, you just have to move with the times and realise nothing can last forever and as something birthed is the 90s (mostly) the forum has done quite well as a format. It's outlived Myspace, Bebo, MSN, AOL etc. Yeah, you're right. At the plus side videos on RuneScape are easy to find on YouTube. I'll just stick with that. But still though, I do feel sad about how deserted this place has become. But I will learn to deal with that, it won't be an easy task, but eventually I will.
