ive never been in a car crash but some hoons nearly did run me over. i was riding my bike while my friend walked beside me all of a sudden this car came speeding past so close that i keyed his car with my pedals. i actually managed to stay on the bike but was quite shaken afterwards.

The other day i was training for volleyball and went up to do a [bleep]e (im 15 and we play on open mens height) misjudged it and landed wrong next thing i know i was into the pole. Felt a bit groggy like an egg had been cracked on my head (never had that happen...i think) walked over picked up the ball went to get back in the line and notice blood dripping down my head. Walked up to my coach and said i was bleeding he looked at it and i had split my forehead just above my eyebrow. It got cleaned it up, no stiches required. So 10 minutes later i was back playing volleyball and my coach went up for a [bleep]e hit the same pole but with his knee and needed to ice it down. To this day the pole is always given to other teams. p.s the pole was padded and was a standard rectangular pole about 2m high (movable height) so how did i split my forehead open horizontally on it. Had to go to classes that day with a red eyebrow <-- kinda looked weird

Just wondering i know a quite a few people that own ipods, myself included, and none of them buy their songs off itunes. Does anyone actually do it? Id make this a poll but i dont know how and if u can (if any mods/admin read this pm me if you can make this a poll pls)

runescape rule 8 stats that "You may create more than one RuneScape account, but if you do, you may not log in more than one account at any time, and they must not interact with each other in any way. This includes 'drop trading' or any other method of item transfer. " this is what u are saying u should be able to do, clearly it is against the rules

what im saying is that for the lvl u are at its not the best armour/weapon. so if u are lvl60 u would be able to wear rune armour/weapons, but this would be the equivalent to a mith weapon. it justs gives players an alright weapon to use but not high enough to destable the weapon/armour market.

is it just me or do jagex need to rethink the holiday drops. im not saying that they should make them tradeable again, that would make merchanters even richer. im saying that they need to redesign the type of drop they do. take for instance the scythe...its only as good as an iron 2h. Any half decent player could use a better weapon. Then there was the rubber chicken all that was good for was pretending to hit ppl with. What jagex need to do is introduce a holiday item, a weapon or armour..something of the sort, which for the low lvl player will appear as an alright weapon but as your lvl increases so does the stats of the weapon/armour. For instance a lvl3 gets a weapon equivalent to a bronze long but a lvl50 gets a weapon equivalent to a addy long. Then as each player gains lvls their weapon/armour will gain stats too. Although there will need to be a cap on how high the stats can get to. Pls ppost comments on what u think about this and pls dont flame Thanks Atroso

1)READ THIS POST ITS LIFE CHANGING IF u want to give up smoking u need to believe you can give up smoking. You need to focus on it and believe in yourself. Give yourself reasons to quit. Think about this. If u smoke a packet a day, thats about $7 a day (dont quote me on that). Thats $210 a month u can save. Think about what things u can buy with that. Think about wat u can save up to get. THats not all. Your helath will increase and u will have more energy to do things u cant do when smoking. My advice. Give Up. Focus on giving up believe that u can and u will. Atroso
