  1. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to talk about account related issues on this forums, but whatever. Can your Runescape account have multiple email addresses registered onto it? Because my account seems to have so. I rarely played Runescape up until 1 week ago. I found out that my account was compromised for the entire duration I was gone (~30 days), so I figured I'd just try to recover it as usual. I put in all the information, including the security code that was sent to my email address, and successfully recovered it. Here's the thing though: When I attempted to change the email on my account, I received an error message saying that the email doesn't match with what they have on record, which didn't make sense to me because I put in the same email they sent the security code to. After messing around a bit, I see that my account has an unauthorized email registered onto it. I found out that you're able to change the email on your account without having access to the email registered onto the account; Only catch is that you have to wait 14 days for it to successfully change. So I put in the request and see a message upon logging in saying "14 days until your email changes" or whatever. I'm coming up on day 12 and find out that the message is no longer there, I assume either the hijacker who had access to my account canceled the request or was stupid enough to put in the code and authorize the change. Just to check, I put in another email request but found out that the "current email" still doesn't belong to one of mine; I assumed the hijacker canceled the request. I'm assuming the hijacker has attempted to recover my account but has failed because he's not getting the security code sent to him. So here I am: Playing Runescape for a little over a week without any issues. Thanks to this weird email registration issue, I now fear that any day now my account could compromised again out of the blue; Kind of makes me feel like not playing. Runescape has the worst customer support I've ever seen; that is if you can even say they have any customer support at all. You can't even talk to Jagex directly without having to send in a stupid password recovery form; even if you are fortunate to receive a response, they all seem like they're automated.
