If anyone could help me, id rly appreciate it or i tey could do it for me and tell me how to do it... if i try and save as a .gif, it gives it a crummy white edge around it which looks bad :( HALP! Its for clan forums, not here so limits dont apply :P Just make it into a .gif and tell me how to do it PLEASE

I am posting this here, as Scarlet Elv has removed my posting rights on her own sig forum, for posting a request for my overdue sig, and stating facts that have happened previously. First of all, I do not want anyone saying i am 'stupid' for paying 7m for a pixel sig or any flaming or unnessecery locking of posts. The Facts! 1. I paid for my sig 6 months ago, I paid in 3 parts, 1x 1M, 2x 3M. Totalling 7M for a pixel sig. 2. She has ignored me in runescape, in PMs on tip.it and when she has replied, she has been very rude. 3. She has never sent me any lineart, or progress about my sig, as promised by her when I gave her the money. 4. She has deleted my topic in her recently started forums for explaining to members of her forum what had happened regarding my money. 5. After 2 Months of no lineart, I asked for a refund. She said yes ok, but I havent got the money yet ( so she spent it before she had made the sig..wtf? ) 6. 4 months since then, I still havent seen any money...even though sh has been making TONS of sigs on DI forums. ----- Take a look at this! This is what Scarlet sent me in her forums after she deleted my topic. A few points... - Its been 6 months scarlet...not a week! - OK :D - Scarlet Elv: Customer Care at its finest? --- I think a customer who's paying a lot (7m) deserves slightly better treatment than what shes been giving me :/ So, Just a warning not to buy from scarlet elv, as you may be letting yourself in for more than you bargained for...

Ok punkage, Im not going to get angry, becuase I dont really want to fall out, After all I still want my sig :? But.. youve said a few lies in that post. 1. I NEVER said I want you banned or called you scammer. 2. I didnt say I wanted the completed sig. I never have done, I have always said: your current progress, or the linart so far. 3. The reason I told NOT reported you to a a tip.it mod ( korla ) was becuase whenever I asked you how it was going ( which might i add went along the lines of: Hiya scarlet, how are you? then after you didnt reply say: hows the lineart coming along? ) you ignored me. An acknoledgemnt that youd recived my message would have been nice? even if its: Busy, cant talk. 4. I didnt know you were moving house, or I would have been more patient, had you not constantly ignored me in-game, or not sent me lineart after saying you would twice. Ages ago, I logged out from norton, and have forgotten the pass, so I cant log back in. Now I cant really do anything that I used to be able to do ( rs forums, msn, install some progs) and im getting sick to the back teeth of it. I have tried to un-intsall norton from 'add and remove programs' but i need to be logged in to delete norton anti...blah blah.. And there is my problem, I cant seem to delete it without being logged in, and having forgotten pass, and in frustration deleted anything with the words 'symantec' and 'norton' I could find, I cant open it up. I hav had a Think and there are 2 things ive decided that could be done... 1. manually un-install it. 2. HAve it there, but not working, so not on start-up or whatever. What do I do to go about doing these? Thanks..
