Like Ross said I think that the start of the next hegemony should be fairer, maybe each city you have would give you and IAG of 50 billion ,or whatever is sensible, and that you could start with a maximum of 4 or something cities. It would also prevent people from just giving away their land to others and keep the IAG to make their countries easier to defend which is just stupid. Photons have energy, and since energy is mass also mass, however no rest mass, therefore they travel at the speed of light, which is also the max speed possible.

Energy=mass, you need to learn some physics. If you have i.e. a hollow sphere with a perfect mirror inside and put it on a scale it would show that it weights more with light inside. Just like a warm sphere would weight more than a cold one. However, the difference is negligible.

Whether or not you can store more than one of something in the same place doesnt have anything to do with mass.

Laser has to be coherent; I think that it would be hard to keep it that way if you intend to store it. Also photons has some mass (E=mc^2), however it is, and probably always will be, negligible.

Nice, since Dusty is so poor now I will then invade Hispaniola since he doesnt seem to care. Each arrow = 50k soldiers. If he actually wants to keep it he can post it here and I wont invade.

If he is serious about invading I will send 200,000 troops with 300 aircraft and half my navy to defend. But I dont think he realized it was my territory since he thought 20,000 soldiers would be able to conquer them. They are Fiji, an independent country, maybe you are thinking about New Caledonia which belongs to France, that Australia somehow possesses. I got the islands by sending one soldier there, he won since they had no army, ask Archi.
