There should also be a furniture market. This way clans may have a HQ and maybe some cooks can get together and own a house with loads of ranges and farmers may buy a small patch of land to develop the new farming skill. However, this houses should cost a lot of money so as to avoid jamming up the whole of runescpape with owned property.

well, RS is a fun way to pass the time and i really enjoy it since the creation of RS classic.
