i already tried to use the text tool but that didn't worked out good... the writing gives a realistic effect that it's actually carved in the bark of the three not printed on it...

rate and cc , i know that there's not much shading but a well...

yes your right :) i learnt something in art lesson that how further you go how brighter the colours , that's called atmospheric perspective (lol learned that 2 years ago , can't forget it.... :x lol we had to learn that . and if someone didn't know the word he/she had to buy candy for the whole class)

the river stays the same width for to long... and the colour isn't matching with the rest of that area.. but further it's perfect
