As a mage who needs perfect conditions and perfect procs to pull off nice DPS, I just did 3,300 on Patchwerk 10-Man last week. No shaman, no boomkin, low hot streak procs and when they did it was at the worst time (End of Living Bomb, near scorch reapplying). Burst damage rogues DPSing in perfect conditions. One DK and RetPala in perfect conditions, mage near perfect. I spent a bit looking but couldn't find the one where a mage did around 8,000 DPS.

I lol'd. I don't know, scientists will probably be able to modify sperm and eggs in a few years time so they do fertilise each other but I hope it doesn't happen for a while.

I got GH:WT for XMas - Songs are great, am glad that Wii got a DLC! I am just using the drums a lot at the moment, I've done some songs for the guitar though. I am considering going back to using the GH3 guitar because tapping the purple notes is much easier and sometimes I rest my right hand on the fret board which breaks my streak because it triggers the tapping pad.

http://www.beska.net/ui/ I think most of it should be up-to-date now. That's a nice UI. Going to try and do Sartharion with one drake still up on 10-Man after the new year. Shouldn't be too hard. Starting 25-Mans after the new year too.

It makes it easier for everything in general. I know when to rescorch, cast intant Pyroblast, recast Living Bomb. My frames are light and not bulky and ugly like the Blizzard ones. I don't have to manually check durability and such. Everything I need is there and I don't have to do anything. I just re-did my UI. I'll take a few pics. Ok so here is my in combat UI. This was just after I recustomised it so the action bars aren't finished on the right hand side. I am in Strathlome: Culling of Time Heroic - I actually got the Bronze Drake mount from the timed. I have FuBar at the top permanently. pMinimap is the minimap AddOn I use, very lightweight. Bartender4 are my actionbars. SatrinaBuffFrames for buff frames. Prat 3.0 for the chat. Carbonite for my map and helping with questing (Better than QuestHelper IMO). I have Omen and Recount on the bottom right, using my Home and End keys I can switch between them. For the health bars above enemies and players I use Aloft. Unit Frames I use PitBull. The little squares under my minimap is Decursive, with 1 click I can decurse someone. I use Parrot for the scrolling combat text. The [bleep]es with 14 inbetween is my improved scorch timer and the green fireball is when my Hot Streak is active. I also track Living Bomb on this but it just ended so you cannot see. Lead my guild to clear Naxx because GLeaders only just dinged 80. Now I have like 5 officers eating out my hands. Gief Class Leader. :) Tried Malygos but we are still working on DPS increase and stuff, need to work out the dragons too. Just getting 325 cooking for the Merrymaker achievement now. 3250 Achievement Points too :mrgreen:

Would it be mean to tell you I PUGed it and 1-shotted it with 2 Ruby and 3 Amber Drakes so we got the Achievement Emerald Void? :mrgreen: Anyway, I said our guild cleared Arachnid Quarter and Abomination Wing last time and had gotten up to Loatheb, well we missed the reset. So this week, we cleared Arachnid Quarter and up to Thaddius in one night (I was not present for this), then yesterday, we 1-shot Thaddius, 1-shot Noth, 2-shot Heigan (One healer was new and the other DCed), 2-shot Loatheb! We were on a roll, 2-shot Razouvious because the healer DCed AGAIN so could not keep up the understudy. 1-shot Gothik (LOL this was so easy). We tried 3 times on 4-Horsemen working out tactics but it was late so we called it for the night. We are going to try again tonight and see how it goes! Then we've only got Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad!

You have learnt well the ways of the mage. They own. And krisc6, the set bonus for T7 for mages is a massive DPS increase.

I'm looking forward to the shorter Water elemental CD one higher up. I'm using the 3% extra crit from Molten Armour, Frostfire Bolt Glyph and Improved Scorch Glyph. Minor ones are Slow Fall and Cheaper AB and AI. Just waiting for Polymorph: Polar Bear for the last spot. But then again I do raid. :D Lead our guild through the Arachnid Quarter, Abomination Quarter and upto Loatheb in the plague quarter this week. The officers in my guild respects me as a good leader but because our GLeaders are still levelling because they were moving house, they cannot see it and the new trial members think I am an officer! :mrgreen: The amount of tries each boss took was... Anub'Rhekan - 3 Tries Grand Widow Faerlina - 3 Tries Maexxna - 2 Tries Patchwerk - 1-Shot (41 seconds left on enrage, I came second on DPS with 2,200 after going OOM at 21%, I forgot to leave Living Bomb off rotation because our SPriest was not in the raid) Frogger - Cleared once, wiped many times. :P Grobbulus - 11 Tries (Blame the 4 different PuGed healers because our healers in our guild are slackers :P) Gluth - 3 Tries (KITING IS SO FUN) Thaddius - 4 Tries (1-Shot when we actually got to the boss) Noth The Plaguebringer - 1-Shot (We actually all auto-attacked from 20% down because we got bored - Progression is fun!) Heigan The Unclean - 3 Tries (First time was server lagg so everyone died :| - Second time, a healer disconnected and the other one genuinely failed and all Combat Resses were on CD but 3rd try was flawless!) Loatheb - 2 Tries no Kill (First try to 57% and second try to 21% - Many of the DPS kept using Fel Healthstone whilst Necrotic Aura was active but we know now!) We are going to try for Loatheb this week and finish off DK Quarter next reset before X-Mas. We're cracking down on ungemmed gear and enchants (You must buy head enchants and weapon enchants, try and get best others). Our guild does not force our members to raid 80% the time or anything, if you are free you may raid, the incentive is gear and progression, but we won't drag you through raids to gear you up. I now also have an awesome head slot item (Just because it has a meta socket) but I had to gem my gear strangely to get the bonus.

Indeed, all the raids are attuned perfectly in my opinion so far. We started Naxx10 yesterday, finished off the Arachnid Quarter and have downed Patchwerk in the Abomination Quarter. Since most of our members are new we had to explain the tactics to every boss so it took a long time. We are continuing today by finishing off the Abomination Quarter then going onto the Plague Quarter. We'll see how it goes. :P I got some nice epic boots, our CL outrolled me on the caster sword from Faerlina and the gloves from Anub'Rhekan. Hopefully we'll have some T7 by the end of today!

The hunter and joint raid leader pushed out 2500 dps with ease on patchwerk and at least 2k on other fights with dungeon blues and the odd epic piece.Thats why hunter and there pets are getting nerfed \ Oh yeah I can't wait for that :) I had a really bad run for that actually, the tanks had no sense of direction and kept kiting the the boss into the casters so our DPS could have been much higher. A mage has done 6585 DPS on Patchwerk in Naxx25. Mages DPS varies wildly depending on how many crits we get - From 3,000 to 8,000 (Possible but highly unlikely) in current 'end-game' gear. Sartharion in 2 hours! Can't wait!

Got my epic trinket, insanity. Sundial of the Exiled. Pushed out 2,200 DPS on VoA HC for the second time, no mage loot AGAIN :( Sartharion 10-Man tomorrow with my guild! Probably going to be a joke though. Got Explorer title. Now at 2865 achievement points. Got my Wispcloak Tailoring recipe from Northrend Dungeonmaster too. Currently trying to get Loremaster of Northrend for the other cloak recipe which is very rare - Only 2 Loremasters on my server ;-) One is an ally and the other is BS/JC anyway (He was server first for BS, JC, FA, Level 80, Level 80 Belf, Level 80 Pala). So I would be the first to obtain that recipe. That's pretty much what has happened lately. Trying to get OH from Badges too, then Chest and Gloves assuming they don't drop from Naxx10 and Sarth10 respectively.

Ding 80! Finally. Now skilling up my weapon skills. Wands are 400, daggers 392, staves 368, swords ~300 and unarmed is 169 still.

Oo someone else going for Seeker, im on 1800 out of 3000 but after ive done loremaster of Outland and Northend should be on around 2500 should get me a decent amount of cash, then i may go for loremaster title but not sure yet. Also just looked at the list of achievements for the Christmas title, have to get my cooking to 325 for it, grrrrrrreat. I didint know...im leveling cooking then Oh crap. Oh well, I'm only doing those for the Violet Proto-Drake and since I didn't get the Brew of the Year thing I have to wait until 2010 anyway. That goes on the top of my ToDo list above The Seeker then. I was going to do as many of the achievements for it as possible, and then when there's one I can't do I finish the ones I can and then do a ToDo list for the things I can't for next year. Not to keen on the titles except for the Flame Keeper one :o

I've done all upto 7x7x7 and a 10x10x10. Working on 20x20x20 at the moment.

How does one actually get into Naxx? :P Do you just fly in?
