  1. The last samurai was the only one, and i criede maybe 4 tears... i really think its... not good... to cry for a movie...
  2. Pipa... learn to read definitions, i know i have trouble somtimes too... Notice how it says substance 2 times in there. The internet and mmorpgs are not drugs becase tehy are not substances. And I dont think "asorbing stuff into your mind" is exactly scientific... Edit: read 2 posts up. yes you are right that games are addictive. I am addicted to RS as i siad before. But my stand point is that MMORPGs are not drugs. Anything can be addictive, but dosent always have to be a drug. A drug is what i stated before, a substance.
  3. I looked at it.. the screenshots i saw where never that good  i think i may buy it when i can. Hopfuly it could play on my comp, my comp aint bad, but no wher near the best...
  4. OMFG! i was drinking tea when i read that... just about spit it out... im tempting to quote that.. but that would seem like it happend to you...
  5. Ok... this is really gonna sound grose maybe... Ok i came out of the doorway last night (my best friend was sleeping over) and asked my friend if he wanted some animal crackers. he misunderstood me, and said "no i do not want any anal crackers!" I was laghing so hard!
  6. Hmmm to Pipalonias: Nice definitions. I looked on dictionary.com, but they dont have a good definition like the one i was given in health clas, for drug. this is what i have learned a drug to be. Drug: any substance that is: ingested, injected, and directly put into the blood stream and that changes the mental and physical attributes of the body (ie. sterioids do stuff to your body, weed (of course does some stuff to your body) gets one high) So i dont think the internet or any mmorpg is put into like that, so therefore it is not a drug, but a form of entertainment that is addictive.
  7. *grr what happend to only having mini paragraphs...I aint reading all that!* I swear addictions to the internet dont cause anything. I can say i am addictid to Runescape, but it does nothing to me. sure i may n ot be as active but im just out of shape, not out of health. And my grades arnt failing, i actualy am doing quite good, becase i learn randome stuff from being on the internet, and taht means i become smarter. Actualy a few times the randome bits of knowledge have helped me.
  8. Hmm a good idea fromt he start... dont overachive. if you always get good grades and never expect a bad one, then you wont be ready if you do have a bad one. Another thing, you studied your [wagon] of right? and worked hard ont he test right? well then your parents shouldnt ban you. That part of the subject just may not be your strong point. atleast your good at everything else
  9. you are.. like the... best! I really dislike it when people go all crazy when a game has crappy graphics and good gameplay, and refuse to play it.. Look at Morrowind... some of the worst graphics ive seen, yet one of the best games ever... another example ff6, 16bit characters, yet the best storyline for an rpg (imo)
  10. poopi, i would love to watch it. i hope the old xbox games are compatible... my xbox broke 2 monthes ago, and my dad got the new ps2 instead (which i might add is verry cute). Looks a little odd (seen it on ABS before). hope id dosent ahve to stand, i dont like the consols standing (my sisters ps2 always buzzed really weird when standing). And thos controlers better nto be the only ones to use... i like the big ones.
  11. make this a little more interesting, instead of saying e nd of story, explain your answere (worth 5 billion points!)
  12. i live in southren ontario, but the prefence for lates is up to the school. at my school you get 7 lates then a detention too... hmm same school lol?
  13. fisher, he seemes to be a little bit more commical.. and also i hate metal gear solid...
  14. These types of questions just annoy me. It's so utterly obvious what the "correct" answer is. So the liars and cheats just say "oh, I wouldn't even dream of skipping work! o:)", whereas in reality they'd be more likely to do it than anyone else. If you really want to find out what someone is like, you don't ask them such an obvious question like that. Actuly thats the perfect question to ask. If someone where to really ever skip work, the manager could just use that against them and say, "you said you where comitted" But there is also another thing, the person doing the interview can probably tell if your lieing, by how long you take. the last question i said took me the longest becase i couldnt figure out what she was talking about.

hey i didnt know you left.... but i knew i hadnt seen you around latly... wondered why somethign was missing on here..
  16. wow... you all have it hard (although i live in Canada) You get detentions if you dont have your absences explained within 7 school days. if they rack up to like 10 detentions, then your suspended, but no one i know of has gotten that yet. LOL our late polocy is cool though, there are 2 free lates a month, but i have been late only 1 a month this semester, and none last sememester.
  17. to x75, its not a good my idea my parents said to say that stuff, because i havent actualy gotten the job yet,and that would make me to sure of myself. he he yes they did! give you a few (cant remember them all) and what i said. "Why do you want to work at a fast food resturant?" -Becase i feel i can contribute to the resturant "If you where schedualed to work a shift on a friday night, and a girl phoned you up and asked you out, and its for free or shes paying, what do you do?" -I would tell her i cannot go because im schedualed to work "if a customer comes up to the counter and askes for a hamburger (dosent say anything else) and comes back yelling and really angery, what do you do?" (hint, i was told by my mom waht to do in this situation) -I would tell the customer that i am sorry and that he can have a new burgur "How would you treat (insert mothers name here)?" -Would treat her as any other employ (talking about my mom) LOL a litle weird but ok.
  18. i think that was only for ruby and saphire? hes talking about the newer ones.

  22. Woot! went in and it was all good :) of course i dont have the job yet, they want another interview, but with a diffrent manager. The manger that interviewed me said (and this was to my mom), that she wants me to start next week  It will be kinda bumpy for the next monththough... i think i should of waited till next month. i got a camping trip with aircadets next weekend, a concert for schoolt he following weekend, and annual parade at the end of the month... hope this dosent screw me over to much... but if need be i can cancel them all... except annual, i must go to that.
