  1. On the bright side, whips dropped to about 2.7 now. :D
  2. 1) Experiments for Melee. 2) Fire Giants for Range. 3) Pest control for range/melee (your choice).
  3. Definitely Fire Giants. You get pretty good xp, plus a nice medely of semi-valuable drops (i.e. bloods, rune scimmies, half keys are the most common). They also drop some dragon items.
  4. It does? Didn't know that . . . Hmm.
  5. You can't up HP past its nat max.
  6. You don't have to have killed all those knights just to WEAR it, you have to have killed all those dark knights to BUY it. You can wear any of the white armor and weapons as long as you have completed the Wanted quest.
  7. lol! :o not funny...i been in pest control for a long...long time lately. so far the tally is 1100 points on magic 100 on hp and 90-97 str(5.55mil str exp) on points and dagger specialing portals alone. nah, its the fact that he hasnt visited cities for a week, just a bit amusing to me, he should have gone on a break, i can understand staying on pest control for ages, the exp rocks. sorry for slightly of topic. Well, I have visited a city if you count the little Void Knight fortress thing with the bank, archery store, etc. in it. :P
  8. Ah. Thats what I get for camping out in Pest Control and not going to any cities for a week . . .
  9. Sorry if someone brought this up already, but while running through Falador tonight at about 11:20 PM EST, I noticed Sir Tiffy's bench apparently split in half, and the half he was sitting on facing me.
  10. Well, you can just remake a dramen staff, same with an oily fishing rod. And theyre useful if you want to go back into Zanaris.
  11. Maybe you had a ring of recoil on . . . ?
  12. Yep, definitely Phasmatys. One-click into the bank, works excellent.
  13. If you use magic ON a creature, it depends upon the damage you hit. I don't know the exact ratio though, sorry.
  14. Yeah, zombie boots do look kinda odd, but there ya go, they're free.
  15. If you want your HP up with your combat level going up slower, try maging or ranging.
  16. Yep. To give you an idea, most stakers have high defence and attack, while they have only average strength. That way, they take less damage while dealing CONSTANT damage onto their opponents. It's just more effective that way. Plus, y'know, the whip is a nice little side effect of higher attack. 8-)
  17. Yep, it is really useful, and it also works if you right click and "follow" or "attack" someone. "Trade" too.
  18. Ok, this may sound idiotic, but do you have your compass, sextant, and chart with you? I've gotten out there and forgotten them before. If you don't have 'em, it won't work.
  19. Heh I actually saw that Tuesday during a clan Fight Caves event . . . One guy would just stand by the door alching. :P
  20. I know... it was my teleport word, lol. I used to tele then say *poof*, but now it's ****** when I teleport and it looks like I did the thing where you say bad stuff right before you teleport and it's reportable and such :( Aww, poor Kwim. Maybe replace it with "Up, Up, and Away!" or something along those lines?
  21. Yeah, I got so confused . . . first I saw Lumby and I was like, "Oh crap my ranger set!". Then I realized I still had it . . . plus a wooden sword? Oh, and totally off topic, but Jagex now censors "poof".
  22. I was recently at my friend Hextic's house, playing hangman, when an evil chicken attacked me. I grabbed a wooden sword out of his weapons rack, but the chicken disappeared. So after a few games of hangman, I lost connection, and decided not to log back in. I came back online about 2 hours later to find my character in Lumbridge, with all my items and armor still equipped, but with a wooden sword in my hand. I reported this bug to Jagex, and the sword disappeared, but I took a screenie of it in Varrock.
  23. Well, if you range, you can be a bit more effective against mages. So here goes: 1) Use rune arrows, not addy. If you don't want to buy them, fire giants drop them relatively often. 2) Use an archer helm, not rune. Gives a nice attack bonus and an o.k. defence bonus. 3) Bring Binds. Lots of 'em. 4) Think thats about all, you're set to go. Just remember to keep an eye out for pures 8-) .
  24. A higher attack and defence while having a lower strength would be ideal for a PKer, so you can hit accurately while they hit little or not at all.
