Lol, random event: Burning fishstick! :lol: Just remember though, if you get an event while you're teleporting, just teleport again and the event will follow you and you won't be penalized (or at least a few events have done that with me). You can't teleport with the events that teleport you though. As soon as they appear you're basicly immobilised. Even the other random events (Evil chicken etc.) you have to wait ~5 seconds before you can do anything again. Strange box is also very annoying at boss places, being unable to open them because you're being attacked by a lot of monsters. There should be NO events at: Wilderness, the number of times I've lost pks because of this. King Black Dragon Kalphite Queen Dagannoth Kings I never seem to get annoying random events, other than when I teleport, this is the second time I've died because of them. At KQ a few months ago I was soloing, ran out of food so I clicked teleport, surprise surprise a mime! After grabbing my 500 gp (YAY!) I come back and get 2 hit, goodbye helm *Salutes"

Jagex need to make it so you can't get random events whlie teleporting (Other than the Matrix) Was just at DKs, had just done a trip, was no food and clicked to teleport. Oh joy, drill Demon! Anyway, I finish it, get back and click teleport, or so I think. Just as I'm pressing the mouse down, my screen turns grey... Log back in, I'm standing in fally castle without: 2 Rock Shell Plates - Obsidian Shield - about 500 Deaths - 2K minds - glory - Barrows gaunts - 100 laws and airs and some other stuff. LUCKILY, I keep protect items on so I kept all my guthans. Good thing I wasn't ranging with crystal bow though :)

I liked getting flour from there, it's too hard and longwinded to make :\ Aslong as they don't lower it to less than 20, It'll be good still. I made 1k Pineapple pizzas by getting everything (Other than pineapples) from there within the first week of release. Not bothered about the grapes, I never did it anyway.

Realisticly It's Hits, Only 3M off. Although Getting 99 attack, strength or Defence Will not get me my hits level, but a mixture of them would. But yeah, probably hits :P

Really? I've burned about 15k Chaos runes there and havn't even goten one drop with my ROW. Also, I've goten 4k kills at the FG's with a ROW and no luck. I've officially abandoned that cursed object, may it burn forever within the deepest pits of Mordor. Yep, Normally in a trip I get a lot of rune bars, a few axes, the rare large, and lots of other rune items. Without ROW I was getting crap, I believe I only had one rune item (Axe), a clue and that's about it :\

I did a trip at steel dragons without ring of wealth, and I noticed the difference in drops. That was my worse trip to steels ever...

There's 4 weeks left this month, that's 4 potential updates. The Miscellania quest - One week Engine Upgrade - One week Random Events - One week (Most probably with one of the other updates) That leaves one week left where they add in the toys and chairs and whatever, I believe they're hinting at POHs, or at the very least Carpentry (Not a full release maybe, just a few parts) then the rest will come in June.

I would if I had anyone to go with :( Anyway, I went pking again last night, And got KOed :P Searched server 6, 9 and 12 found no one so I went to 18 and died within a few minutes. Down to 500k cash now, enough for one more rune set :P Why does pking have to be so addictive :(

Yep you can get rune legs in the chest.

About 9 months after I started playing, but only about 2 months after the creation of my account. Was level 27 with 50 fishing and cooking and got 400 skill total shortly after getting members.

Very Strange. I've also seen some people in the highscores with a skill <30.

...and I'm addicted to PKing. Last Friday I was bored, had nothing to do so I go to world 2 and sell all my stuff that's worth anything. Had 29M and a santa hat. Decided to buy 50k chaos and 200k fires and get 94 magic on steel dragons. I had some money left over so I decided I might aswell put it into rare items, so I bought another 2 Santa Hats. At this point I had 52k chaos (7.8M), 210k fires(4.2M), 3 santa hats(22.5M) and had 2M left over, Totalling 36.5M Maged steels for a bit (About 4k chaos) got a skirt. So I went to server 2 to sell it. After doing some clues I had from steels and getting some rares I Had about 4M left. Decide to go buy a whip and PK! Bought a whip for 3M, some sharks and some prayer pots. And went pking, killed a few people for some rune, and died once. I ran out of supplies and had no money, So I decide to sell one of my santa Hats. 7.3M, I buy 200 prayer pots 1.4M, 1kish sharks 1.2M, Obsidian set, 900k. That's 3.5M, almost half of the cash I had. Went back to server 18 and pked some more, was basicly breaking even, killing someone and then dying and losing the stuff I pked. It was 10PM, my anti virus was about to do a scan so I decide to pack it in for the night and start again the next day. So yesterday I wake up, and do some pking, died almost straight away and lost an obsidian set + rune due to a PJing mage, Buy the obsidian set back for 900k. I then decide I need some recoil rings, so I buy 200 for 400k. Decided to stop for the morning, plus the footy was about to start so I went to watch it. Came back on that afternoon, and world 18 was full, try a few times and get in. Lagging loads on high detail so I switch to low detail for the first time ever, it seemed to work and there was no lag. So I head into the wilderness and fight a few people, not killing any but not being killed either. I then see a 114, he attacks me. We fight for about 10 seconds, then he kos me with a decent combo, oh well that's about 1.2M down the drain. I go back up, seeing as it was my last rune set and this time bring range, I seemed to lsat longer, but couldn't hit. Got koed again, not too bad wasn't skulled anyway. Then I come back AGAIN, this time as a mage. While I was walking to him I got 3 hit by dagger specials ugh... So I come back one more time this time with whip, rune legs, dragonhide plate and warrior helm, no shield. I can't see what anyones doing (They're all standing there like in world 2 fally) never had this before while pking. I guess I could get used to it. I accedently attacked a 4 iteming dharok noob, fought him and almost koed him. I go to bank to restock on food and pots and head back out and start fighting someone else. We fought for a few minutes, and people started crowding round us. This and the fact I couldn't tell what the person was doing was making it near to impossible to fight. I'm doing fine though, keeping my HP at around 40-50 and hitting away, then all of a sudden I see two hits on me, 22 25. BAM I'm dead, didn't even notice him switching to dagger. At this point, being annoyed at dying 4 times in the space of 10 minutes I decide to stop pking... I've calulated how much I have now compared to how much I had to start with. Before PKing: 39.5M After PKing: 32M Ouch, 7.5M lost in a space of a few in game hours. Actualy, not all of that is lost becuase I have about 100 sharks and 100 prayer pots left, but that's about 800k, still a 6.5M loss. I need to find a way to stop pking, I know it's costing me loads, but I still can't stop myself from going back for more. Oh well, back to steel dragons I go...

Got that one right. I had to do over 200 in two tasks in a row, ugh. Um, you can't get the same assignment two times in a row can you? Nope, unless of course you change it. I kept getting Kalphites, and switching them. Had kalphites 12 times in a row I think...

When were there dragon things in rsc? I thought they came out a bit after rs2, maybe i was just too poor in rsc though.... The only dragon items that existed in RSC were long swords, battle axes, medium helms, and the square shield. Unless I forgot something. You would be correct. ;) Nope, I believe they were called "Dragon Sword" and "Dragon Axe" thus you're wrong :P

I don't know where to stand on the ring of wealth debate, No one has ANY proof either way, I'm a firm believer in the RoW working, so for that drop list, Yes I used a RoW. What happens whenever you kill a monster is a number between 0-100 is "rolled" (Including decimals) Each value is for a drop. Somewhere on there is "Rares" this is only about 5 numbers wide. And when you get there, you "Roll" again, this time with "better" or "Rarer" drops on it, Sure there'll still be coins, but this is where the rune drops and dragon drops are. The dragon drops would only have a VERY small Value 0.0005 gap say. Now what the ring of wealth does is Adds a number to the First roll, About 5, and if the "Rare" Slot would be 95-100 Would mean you could Roll Anywhere from 90-100 and get to the rare roll. The RoW has NO effect on the rare roll, just the probability of getting onto the Rare roll. That's how I believe it works, and that would explain why peoples views on what RoWs do is different, with this You'll see an Increase in "Rare" drops, but seeing as You stand a higher chance of getting rune items normally, this value increases more than it does for Dragon items. But Dragon items also have a higher chance, the increase just isn't as big which is why people think it makes Dragon Drops rarer.
