Slightly Different to what I said, but the same basis. Random number generated from 0-100 are all given an item assosiated with them, instead of the rare items been in this, there is a section called "rare" which will then Generate another number 0-100 and you get the "rare" item. Basicly the same as what I said, except that the rare items are in a totally different section.

I think It doesn't matter, but your Quest Points determine the max amount of tears you can get.

I came here expecting a "I kil 3 dust dvil n nu gt chin, ring r brok" I was dissapointed :( This is how I think the runescape item drop code works. You "Randomly" generate a number, say this number can be ANYWHERE from 0 to 100. 20 coins are if "x" is 0-20 5 fire runes is if "x" is 21-25 Nothing is 26-35 etc. And then the rare drops would be "x" = 99.999976-99.999980 (You get the idea) While a commong drop would be 95-99.999975 etc. Now, what I believe ring of wealth does, if worn adds a certain number to "x" It'd be around one or two, or mayb even something like 0.5 So say you "roll" 19 without ring of wealth, you'd get coins, but with Ring of Wealth You'd get (19+2=21) 5 Fire runes instead. Now, all the Common items are at the bottom numbers, the rare ones being towards the top, this would mean you'd have a better chance of getting the "Rare" drops as It'd push it towards that end, but wouldn't make it guarenteed that you'd get it, just make it more likely. Anyway, That's how I'd make it work if I was told to program a "Drop" system (Which I have done, and it works basicly like that)

And Lots of Jagex mods probably have accounts here but under different names. I know one, but I'm not going to say who it is :P

No Update this week, been confirmed by Paul, my friend asked him in game.

I took pics a while ago of almost all the quests, but this was just after the quest came out. Some Stories can be told different ways aswell.

Either spend a month and not even get the item, or get the money for it and guarentee the item, I'd know which one i'd choose.

No, it's worth more than legs because It's harder to get. Basicly every man and their dog can kill metal dragons and the drop rate is pretty high, where as with chain you have to kill a harder monster, takes longer to kill, people don't constantly kill the KQ although the drop rates are probably the same as legs. There's about 4 people killed Metals on Each server, in about what? 40 Members servers, that's 160 people killing Metal Dragons. Whereas There's only ONE kalphite queen per server, and not everyone is killing her consantly. There's probably around 8000 Metal Dragons killed her Hour, and if the drop rate is around 1/256 then that's roughly 31 Legs per Hour. With the Kalphite queen on the other had, say she's being killed on half of the servers, that's 20. And you can kill roughly 6 queens per hour, That's 120 Kalphite Queens dying per hour, and if the drop rate is 1/256 then that's 1 Chain every 2 hours, quite a big difference don't you think? That's why the price of Chain and Legs is so different, There are roughly 62 x more pairs of Dragon Legs in the game then chains, ofcourse that is not correct, but you can see where I'm comming from.

Carpentry was in the game so stop complaining about it ffs. I'm sure there'll be an update today, if not then we get a double update next week, or the week after.

It is Impossible to get the Protective clothing and the cattle prod again, unless there's something I've missed. the cattle prod didn't have a use on RSC, so I dropped it, but now I want one again because they look but I cannot do so :(

IMO, it has the best "Regular" drops in the game, MUCH better than KQ. It's fun to kill, and doesn't cost too much, although it's rare drops are bad it's other drops are second to none. Decent drop rates, good items, easy to kill, kill multiple per trip. Only reason the KQ is "better" is because of the Chain drop, without that It'd be useless. the KBD on the otherhand has overall good drops, (100 yews, rune long etc.) Of course, Metal Dragons also have decent "Regular" drops but the drop rate of these items is not as good as the KBD.

This pies will probably require 60 cooking, Nice "High" requirements...

I don't understand what you're asking, but anyway. You CAN NOT ALCH CRYSTAL ITEMS (Although you may be able to alch "new" ones, which are the ones you have to buy off the elves, this is the only tradeable states of crystal items) So that plan is out of the window...

You mean there'll only be 2 quests this year? Unless you meant This March :P As far as I know, it's February at the moment, and the next March will be the March of the year 2006. The Word "Next" often means the one after the current, eg "Next Week" as aposed to "this week" When people say "this year" It means 2006, "Next Year" means 2007, thus "Next March" I'd assume to mean March 2007.

On rsc, thieving was "the" skill, used to be great for making money because it was an easy source of hard to get items. But Thieving is one of the skills RS2 killed, it's pretty pointless now as there are far better ways of making money. Although I still enjoy Thieving I feel it was better on RSC.

It's EXTREMLY Annoying. On the way to 99 range, I believe this happened ocne every 100/200 monsters, now it's happening ATLEAST once per monster, VERY annoying.

Prices would drop yes, but lvl 91 rcers would still have an advantage :P You actually recieve a message at lvl 78 saying that you can now craft blood runes, and there is a blood rune rift in the abyss :P Actualy, His usual Response is "No Comment" He pretty much says that no matter what I say to him. "Do you like cheese?" "No Comment" "Next one to say no comment is a nub" "No Comment" etc. :P

I asked a mod if they were doing anything special for the 100th quest. His Responce? "Dunno" Glad to see Jagex Keeper their staff members informed!
